I legitimately forgot NFT stood for nutrient something something and was about to warn "Don't its a scam!"

I thought the same thing when I saw the title lol.
(Hope you don't mind if I use your comment as a jumping off point for my anti NFT rant, but I got to say something before this technology is really pushed on us).
NFT's Are Bad!
Why ? Well, many reasons but I'll focus on just one for now. Ownership. You like to own things don't you ? So do I.
A lot of people think that NFT's are a secure way of owning a digital item, however this is not the case.
An NFT is NOT the digital item itself, but more like a hyperlink that takes the holder of that NFT to the real location of where this item is being held.
Every digital file needs some real life, physical location to be stored right ?
You have 2 main Locations of storing that data. Your device (phone, pc, etc.) or a private companies servers.
There are pros and cons to each but basically the big ones are,
On your device: Access the data whenever and however many times you want.
On companies server: Save space on your device and can access it from multiple devices if needed.
Companies are starting to run out of things to sell you, so they have started selling you things you already have.
Ever ask yourself why everything is a subscription service now ?
Hell even Apple does this,
instead of truly innovating and making a new phone every 6-7 years they release a new phone all the time with the smallest of changes possible and market it as "revolutionary".
NFT's are a way for a company to take away the option of ownership, store everything on their private servers and you won't have a choice in subscribing to their service.
(Don't pay and lose your family photos, games, ability to work if you needed some kind of software).
And what happens if that company goes out of business ?
Well, that's not their problem, it's yours.

Hey, just a commercial electrician here, got some insights. The kit seems to include:
A standard commercial food warming tray
A couple of cube-farm cable management raceway segments.
Some cheap PVC fittings
A cheap starter pump
Some cheap starter nutrients
Do what you will with this info.
Some people like to tinker and build their own setups...some people want to get up and running quickly with a working solution.
@@Bigelowbrook I'm honestly considering the kit myself just because it's already collected and it's not a big time commitment.
My particular space would do better with 50" raceway segments though, so maybe at some point I could switch to nft cable trays over an aquarium or something.
@@recless8667 I was sort of thinking the same thing. I think if they had a 48" version, it would fit nicely on my shelf under some 48" LED lights too.
I bought one these and it's still in the box...lol...thought it would be difficult to put together...lol...Thanks so much for the video instruction....so so glad it actually seems to work.
I tried to do this with an old aquarium and failed miserably. It would be nice to have a good system with instructions. Thank you for the opportunity.
I've been experimenting with one of those Aquaponics growbeds you put above an aquarium, I keep looking at other ways to start seeds or something, I forget Nutrient Film Technique is an option!

This is very cool. There's a guy in Australia called Hoocho's who has a UA-cam channel creating this very same thing with 3d printing. I wish I could network you two together. The projects you'd come up with would be amazing!

Definitely! Rob Bob's is awesome too! He shares Bigelow farms links and has recently done a couple dual hosting ones with Hoocho, but I'd love to see all 3 get together too! ? Is there a UA-cam gardening, aquaponics, or hydroponic conference or anything cause that would be a gardening E3 type thing I'd love to go to sometime! US and Australia!
