UCF Alum speaks: I haven't been impressed with Second Half slow-it down Gus. We lost some games last season because play calling in the second half was weak. Gus has a tendency of messing up the QB room. An example was bringing back JRP too early after his injury. I will need to see that coach Gus has maturated his game plan approach to believe that the Knights can win 8 games.

Did JRP being out for the 5 games they lost come into play?

At least for those close margin losses, yeah the record could have easily been 8-4 if JRP never got injured.
