    Man, this is nothing else than awesome. You are living the life like everyone dreams of. I am also Happy to share that my 427sbc made 743.52hp pump gas on a 200 shot nitrous. You are the reason I wanted to run nitrous! Cant wait to season to begin so I can test this engine in my car. It has ac, heat, power steering, sound system, full exhaust system, 5 seats, fuel tank…it has a roll cage so maybe not a street car…

    Bill you might want to check the core support bushings and body mount bushings there is a lot of movement between the body and frame. You can really notice it when doing your dyno pulls the gap between the headlight bezel and bumper opens up pretty good.

    I'm sooo excited for you and that car. I've ordered the cam shaft from isky. My small block is only 396 cubic inches. AFR heads I have a dart single plane and a 830. Annular discharge carb. My car with me in it weighs 3350. I wish I wasn't one of your carburetors but I love how you teach. You rock out and maybe someday I will have the honor and privilege to meet with you face to face.     Your level of testing, not just the engine, but the car as a whole, is why you guys are so good on race day. Hats off to you, Bill.your "calm tenacity" to get it right is impressive.     Seems like the dyno was off. It made roughly 620/690 on the one kit a few weeks back. Now it made 650/915 on the first kit..

    440 and 740? Dyno seems way high on torque.

      Obviously uncorrected. Engine made 540hp/520tq on dyno. So the torque is multiplied.

    Hey bill I'm 19 and I'm building an s10 as a drag truck. I put caltracs and split mono leafspring and sliders on the rear with a 7.5 with a 3.73 posi trac. I put tubular upper control arms and and tubular lower control arms it still has the factory springs and I'm putting viking berserker shocks all around. I'm putting a 350ci chevy and a 2 speed power glide in it soon.

    Ok, I'm by far any kind of racing expert but that spread from 400ish HP vs. 700ish Torque seens .. odd. I thought only Diesels did that. How was that obtained? I usually see them within 100 of eachother.

      Yessir, I’ve got a 496ci BBC in front of a 4L60E in a 4360lb truck that’s already been 7.0s on motor, so roughly 600-650hp…planning to hit it with a 300 shot come Spring🤞🏼

      I’m glad someone else noticed this too. Absolutely do not believe that at all !!! Last pull they were saying under 700 horse and almost 1000 ft lbs ??? No way !!!

      @@k-laus9435 the dyno was being ran on wheel speed calibration because the spark plug wire heat shielding was to large for our RPM lead. The HP was the main concern.. The torque is reading based on the converter and wheel speed which shows his converter is working very well. Yes, it shows a lot on the hit when the converter couples but it isn’t a fake number.

    We used to drive from Lebanon, Ohio to Durham NC. several times a year to see my wife's dad. The WV Turnpike is a fantastic road.
