Kelli was only happy to use her then shut her down. Victoria would have been a great “big sister” mentor to the rookies. They could have created a role for her to do that.
What they are paid is disgraceful. They're expected to work out, eat right, and maintain a perfect image WHILE having to work another full-time job and practice every day. The mascot gets a full-time salary for doing nothing. The girls should as well.
The Netflix documentary the Chief Brand Officer of the cowboys said it’s an honor to cheer, you should want to take little pay because it’s the cowboys 😂
@@sportgamer3255you mean, Charlotte Jones? The owner’s daughter? Doesn’t she get a salary? She should work for free because it’s an honor to be her daddy’s daughter in that role.
I doubt that. She can’t even get a 37th member on the team. Let alone dictate raises. She’s in the same boat as them. I don’t think she’s paid enough for what she does either.
Agree with the interviewer, I was surprised how much I enjoyed this series. These girls are such an integral part of the Cowboys organization and it is a credit to their hard work and dedication. I believe this series and DCC will bring the Cowboys more fans globally (I live in Australia). And yes, they def deserve a pay rise!
I’m so shocked on how little they get paid! It’s 2024 you would think as women who’s the face of their business and representing the company would get paid more than what they get paid. Not only all the time and effort but the emotional and psychological and psychical toll on their body. They make millions each year. Common women do better! for better pay rights.
This was a fun interview! I have followed this show since the beginning. I absolutely adore Kelli and Judy. Kelli is the picture of elegance and a style icon, pure class. Judy is a gorgeous, ethereal woman. Love them both!
I have watched the series on cable and it was much better than the Netflix special, because it really delved into the entire process of becoming a DCC. If they do it again, I hope they leave more time to show the world the process and allow fans to see more of the cheerleaders and their stories. From DFW, and not a big cowboy fan but a big DCC fan.
David here I been a movie and tv buff for over fifty years and I just watched the entire 7 episodes today June 20, 2024. I thought the program it self was very well made! The subject was very interesting. It would be great to chat with someone who has seen this series and would like to chat about it here, Thanks 😊
While I found the series entertaining, the differing messages and treatment of these female athletes versus the male athletes of this organization is everything women have fought against. They speak about Christianity and then are sexually objectified as a "gift from Christ." When did wearing scanty clothes, dancing provocatively and living with your boyfriend become Christian? These are very talented, intelligent women who should be treated far better. Shame on the Cowboy Organization.
As Reece stated, it's about having a relationship with Christ. It's not a religion. Religions are the ones with all the rules. Dancing, doing what you love, living with your *fiancee* and wearing a uniform that you fought to get, is not anti-christ. Why demonise someone when they are doing nothing wrong?
Kelceys fiancé shouldn't be making her retire just so he can do his acting. He has his whole life to do acting but she only has a few years to do cheerleading and she should get to do them all, not quit early. But anyway I hope she's happy.
For everyone commenting on their pay … they know what they’re doing signing up. These girls are selling themselves. Their real meal ticket and end game is bagging a rich pro player. Let’s be real 😂
Victoria you are beautiful and perfect. Please look after yourself and believe you are worthy of a happy and successful life. And being a cheerleader is a tiny aspect of the amazing things you are capable of and you can achieve anything. Life is waiting for you to burst through the door there is an exciting world waiting for you if you decided cheerleading isn’t for you. ❤️🙏🏿
To all the Dallas cheerleaders you all are amazing beautiful talented girls. You all possess ability and tremendous skills for excellence..I won’t all of you to know that every one of you deserve happiness and success in life don’t get to caught up in being cheerleaders life is waiting for all of you with wonderful and exciting opportunities. Excelling in cheerleading is only one tiny aspect of what god has planned for all of you. When the day comes that you all decide to move on from cheerleading remember the talent drive and sacrifice it took to become a Dallas cheerleader. use that fight dedication and strength in life be fearless in all you do and remember to hold your head up high when life throws its punches at you…And please all of you are so capable of becoming successful without marrying a rich man you are all strong women roar like powerful lionesses where there is thunder there is lightning ⚡️ 🙏🏿
Madeline if you were my daughter I would be so proud of you.. and your dad is looking down from heaven with bright beaming smiles..you are capable of doing anything you put your mind to and always remember you are so much more then just a successful cheer leader. Much love happiness and success to you Madeline you are a woundfull person with a bright future because you have love in your hart and strength in your spirit..
Victoria is excellent and underappreciated. She was outstanding at the community events. Hoping good things for her.

Only on Epi. 2, but dors the team help pay for housing or food, etc.
I agree. Jerry Jones can build a billion dollar stadium but can't pay the DCC's a decent salary. It's a disgrace. He's got PLENTY of money to do so.

The DCC hit the jackpot with Reese. She’s poised beyond her years.
A Star is Born
Thank you for asking why the cheerleaders don't get paid more. I think Kelli holds more power than she leads on. lol

I think so too. I’ve said that from the beginning since her audition. She’s going to go very far. I see her going several years with DCC.

Here's to hoping that if the revive the show they actually pay the dancers for their appearances.
This is like a scene from a Christopher Guest film. 😃
Reece is the next Kelcey, she'd make a great leader.
Victoria is the favourite in my household, myself and my kids adore her.🎉
Pay them more!!!
Judy and Victoria are not mother & daughter
Yup. My mistake :)
@@AndrewFreund that was kind of a big one. Other than that, thanks for allowing us to hear these cheerleaders' stories.

She's has to retire. She's a five year vet and that's the cap...
I’m really confused is Judy Victoria’s mum or Tina?
Tina, I think he just misspoke.
And no question for Victoria? Really?
Watch it again. He did ask her a question at the start.

What a gross and disrespectful evaluation.
