Mikel, alongside Pep, is probably the most animated manager in the league.......top top man he is!!! Compare that passion to Ange, who just stands there like a statue, I'd rather have a passionate manager to be honest, even if he does get in trouble with the officials sometimes. Mikel and his coaching staff literally feel what the players feel, they're that connected to each other.
