I don't suggest going to the gym so early in your carnivore journey as your body is still transitioning from a high carb (i assume) diet to a fat-for-fuel state. Also, do not be afraid of the fat. Fat is your friend. I can go into detail if you want. I'm also watching longer into the video and you had honey and avocado and basically a lot of things that aren't carnivore. I won't fault you for seasonings because if that's what it'll take you to eat more meat, then go ahead and season, but seasonings aren't carnivore either.
What you're having is called Ketogenic diet. Carnivores do not eat broccoli. Still a great diet regardless, but not carnivore. If you'd like to ask me any questions, i can keep coming back to this comment every now and then
I'm very sorry for flooding your comments section but now i see you eating bread. This is not a carnivore diet, this is not a ketogenic diet. This is just a standard diet with more eggs and more meat. I highly suggest looking up Dr Anthony Chaffee or Dr Ken Berry or Dr Shawn Baker to look at the fundamentals of a carnivore diet. You may be feeling better now, but you can achieve so much more for your health if you actually went carnivore. All the best to you :)
Thanks, it’s been educational. Yes I understand it wasn’t a full on strict carnivore diet. I just tried certain meals I saw online when I searched up carnivore diet. It’s not the easiest to fully transition to. But yes I can see how this could also be a ketogenic diet. Thanks :)
I would not call it a ketogenic diet either as you were scared of the fat it seemed. Again, you just ate cleaner food, but you were not eating a carnivore diet, strict or otherwise, and i do not think you ate enough fat to count as a ketogenic diet.
