Good breakdown, all things worth having in the vehicle. How about Hand Warmers or an E blanket? I'm thinking of items I would want my wife to have with her in a similar setup in the car.

Rather than an Emergency Blanket, look at the Kifaru Woobie or Doobie. Shameless plug, but they are truly worth their weight in gold! I always have one in the truck.
