I started taping my wire while hammering since I ended up hammering my thumb not once but twice, lol Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful work…..
If these ends touch, about what size is the inside diameter? I need to make something round or oval, and you just gave me an idea. All I need is about 1 cm inside for the fabric to slide through. I've been watching your videos tonight, and you are inspiring and amazing. I look forward to you making more videos in the future. 😸
@@Wirewrap I'm going to make beaded and pearl shoelace jewelry. These might work for the ends for the shoelaces to slide through. I can't find much for sale that I like, so I'm going to try to make my own. Do you still have your Facebook page? I can't find it.
I love your tutorial for ear cuffs and especially this one. I have a question though. I have a rubber mallet ( yellow side and black side ) would that work for flattening the wire or should I get a jewelers hammer for that? I'm pretty new at this so any info you could give me would be much appreciated. Thanks.
i can't cut the 1.2mm wire easily (0.5mm is easy but it's not thick enough for ear cuffs), and bending it is harder, am i using a nipper that's way too small? and is my nose plier too small too? or simly because my arms weak and i need to train my arms i don't know
FYI, the pliers you're calling needle nose pliers are actually round nose pliers. The difference between the two is that the needle nose pliers' inside edge is flat, while the round nose pliers' inside edge is round......
Thank you for giving wonderful instructions ❤

A rubber side will not work for flat in The Wire at all period you'll have to use metal on metal.
@Wirewrap thank you for the info and sorry for being such a bother.
@@jeanettatownsend6807 Of course it's never a bother and I'm happy to help :)
Would you be able to do a video on your recommend tools? 🙂
