What happens if your beardy eats regular food? I won't feed it to him but what if it happens by mistake??
I dont think this is something you need to worry about, but if anything out of the ordinary ever happens always consult a reptile vet

In most states getting a rehab license doesnt have anything to do with your schooling, but I'd definitely recommend science/biology classes!
