    I work for a snowmobile club. We bought 2 of these, but the older model, which is inferior to these new ones but, we are SO impressed with them!. We had freezing rain last winter and we were 3 guys, clearing branches for EIGHT hours, with a single, 6 AH battery!!!.
    Do not hesitate if you need one of these!.

    I love my Greenworks mower, tree trimmers, pruning chain saw, leaf blower.

    This is encouraging. I assume you have to buy a special oil for the chainsaw. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong battery, so I still haven't used my saw, but I ordered a new battery today. I have about a dozen dwarf fruit trees and a crape myrtle that need major trimming! Thanks for the update.

    The chain needs tightening, it's to loose.

    Greenworks has the worst customer service on the planet. Too long on hold. ( about an hour) G-works Refused to send me the original manual that should have come with their brand new saw in a sealed box. Done w/ them.

    Another reviewer posted it was heavy - do u agree ?

      @TestofTime  4 роки тому +1

      I wouldn’t say it’s too heavy. Maybe with the large battery it would add a little.

      @@kieranrichardson7929 Mine came with the battery and charger $127.79. I LOVE it! WELL worth it!
      I sawed down my apple tree a week ago and the trunk was about 6" in diameter towards the bottom. I did not measure.
      The only thing is, with both extensions, it is heavy for me. I used 1.

      @@MN-dt8pm was it the regular or gmax? This one he showed was a gmax and gmax batteries are very expensive for one 5 ah battery it’s 300 dollars but I think you got the regular one

      @@kieranrichardson7929 I got the gmax exactly like the one he is showing here. At the time I bought it, it was $127.79. Now it is $194.65. Comes with charger and battery. It had 50% left on the battery after I cut it all down. Click his link above. amzn.to/2z2VkVc

    I have this saw. It is a nightmare. The adjustor block on these saws are always too short. Why??? Makes no sense because the chain comes off mid cut. I'm always putting the chain back on and it is very frustrating. Is there any battery powered polesaws that have a longer adjustor block that you know of? This is my 2nd brand and it is the same on each one. Thx!

    I was about to order it but saw the Greenworks PS24B210 8-Inch 24V Cordless Pole Saw, 2Ah Battery. PLEASE let me know if I should order this one instead?

      Seems like it might be similar, not sure. The one i linked has the 40v battery, which is better.

    Have you had any problems with the chain coming off? Is the chain hard to get back on?

      Nope, it has a tightener if you need to make it less loose. Easy to put on if it falls off

    Great review, but question: when the covid-19 zombies are breaking down the front door what's your go to weapon? The pole saw or the Greenworks chainsaw? And how big a horde would you say a 2Ah battery can handle?

    • @TestofTime
      @TestofTime  4 роки тому +1

      Pole saw first since it has a further reach 😆 i've handled large branches and trees, battery lasts a while.
