Accompanying film to "Sixteen Hours" photography exhibit that ran June 15 - July 31 (2021) @ Mel's Frame Shop, 1007 SW Morrison St. Portland, Oregon.
Alec Christian Eagon is a fine art photographer who lives in Portland, Oregon. Sixteen Hours is a collection of anecdotes from a single day's journey through a dust storm, wildfires, and numerous detours into unexpected spaces in the northwestern United States. The exhibit features a gallery of twenty-five prints alongside a simultaneous presentation of a short film featuring an ambient score composed by Latlaus Sky.
All photographs were taken on Fuji Velvia and Ilford HP5 film stocks with Minolta SRT cameras and Minolta lenses. Some photographs featured only in the exhibit were taken on Kodak Ektar 120mm film with a Holga 120N camera.
Watch in "4K" for 24bit/96kHz audio.
