Wow! This is like a totally different song with the piano than it is with the guitar. And then the vocals in the super echoey room is so so so cool. It also sounds more aggressive and I love that. ❤️

As a musician myself, I can't express how amazing and talented you are. I play the violin and the piano, but playing like you do 3 instruments with such emotions, groove and taste is incredible.

I’m not sure if this was intentional (it probably was) but I love how she plays the misty intro at 1:44, that song has a very similar feel to her style
I've noticed it like a motif a few times in the EP, it's works so well and feels like such a beautiful little nod to the people you can hear have influenced her writing :')
Timbre of her voice goes so well with the grand piano and acoustics of the room, this arrangement feels a lot more pressing and forward and it’s soooo good
Very classy. Impressive how someone can write a song of such maturity at such an age. It could have been written by George Gershwin or Cole Porter. It's unashamedly romantic but delivered in such a cool way.
gershwin and porter were also in their mid20s when they wrote their most popular and enduring songs! she's a once in a generation jazz artist for sure!
When Laufey starts a song, you can't stop listening...she just keeps you until she's done. Like an intimate confession from a friend.

The Harpa Concert Hall is very beautiful. I took many pics of it from the small lighthouse (right next to it) during a colorful sunset and the reflections of the glass was epic. I was in Iceland for three months. Love this country and the talent it produces. Big fan now of Laufey, extraordinary! She plays Guitars, piano, chello.... what else? and sings.... man, pure talent.
