    Even though a lot of this is looked at through the lens of integrating Qore products, this is legitimately a good overview on its own. Great work!

    The iceplate can be used where the plates normally goes and the IMS sleeve can house the plates on the outside. Would have like to see the thermal temperature readings.

      Do y’all want to see us do a Technical Overview of the other ICEPLATE® compatible sleeves on the market today, including our IMS line?

    Perhaps Qore should do a review on Raptor Tactical's 'Ghost' Mk 2 PC. Thanks if you do!

    What material is used in the middle of each inner side of plate bags? Thank you for the answer.

    Cool. Do you plan on doing a video on the HSP Thorax ? Thanks.

    • @QorePerformanceUSA
      @QorePerformanceUSA  2 роки тому +2

      Like the FCPC V5, the Thorax is a pretty conventional design built from traditional materials and didn’t/doesn’t introduce any ground-breaking new technologies or themes. We don’t currently have any plans to do a review on it, but we certainly can if there is enough interest.

    You guys should do one on the shaw concepts arc v2

      A definite possibility as we show Shaw Concepts integrations with our IcePlate EXO® regularly:

    I am between the shaw arc v2 and the fcpc currently. I have a few reservations between both. During the wet weight test for the fcpc, how well did the vellcro cummberund hold up? did the front still attach and hold strong or not and arguably more importantly, how did the velcro hold up in the back platebag? Did it want to fall off or was it still stuck strong?
    Thank you!

    • @QorePerformanceUSA
      @QorePerformanceUSA  9 місяців тому +1

      In our testing, the hook and loop (we have not been able to independently confirm if Ferro uses genuine Velcro® like Crye, BFG, us, et al do or if they use a substitute) on the FCPC V5 held up fine for hook and loop for both cummerbund and plate bag. The FCPC V5, as shown in our data tables, is definitely lighter than the ARC V2 and it outperforms the ARC V2 in the wet weight test. The same is also true for the performance differences in the Thermal Transmittance tests. Here is a link to our 2024 video with all of the testing data, winners, losers, etc. so you can see how they stack up in the market for yourself. If you want our recommendation (removing our own products for objectivity/transparency), we’d go with the Crye SPC and equip it with our ICEVENTS® Classic Ventilation Pontoons up front and IMS Versa in the back. We hope this helps, but please let us know if you have any additional questions. #StayFrosty

    Does anyone know if the IcePlate fits in the ferro water back panel

    • @QorePerformanceUSA
      @QorePerformanceUSA  2 роки тому

      It will not. The only way to run an IcePlate Curve with an FCPC V5 is an IMS Combo:

    I’ve been told by multiple people that Ferro is basically a Chinese reseller and is not berry compliant. And validity to this?

    • @jamescardwell4732
      @jamescardwell4732 2 роки тому

      Proabably not, their stuff seems pretty legit but don’t take my word for it. I’m biased because I have two of their products but I’d say subjectively the quality is there.

      @@jamescardwell4732 if you’re seeing quality, that’s reassuring. I’m about to drop some cash on a setup and it’s probably gonna be Ferro. Thanks for the reply.

      Ferro Concepts is a Canadian company with a manufacturing facility here in the US. They are not Chinese, but they are not technically American either.

    • @Chingon6969
      @Chingon6969 2 роки тому +2

      @@QorePerformanceUSA I had no idea they were a Canadian company. I guess I don't care if they are from the dirty North :D as long as the gear is indeed Berry compliant. That's the question I can't seem to find an answer to.
