Damn its rare nowadays to find a tier x ship that actually existed irl aswell let alone tier ix with some factions having non existant or just a printed ship as their tier ix so far the only tier x that exists here and in real life is the yamato and the shima aswell as the carrier midway and des moines and i believe worcester
Cv taiho AND Shinano Tier 9, BB Musashi premiun too,of japan ,existed too AND cv class clemencau Tier x, french next... AND for last dd Tier 9 line, french too, class mogador...
I am kinda mad at the French government for having sold her for scrap :/ (money cuts here, less spending here, they still do this crap today ) would have been a nice ship to visite. I am slowly getting to tier 10 and I think I did well to keep all the premium consumables for this tier where fire seems abundant At 16:37 the planes of the allied cv fly really low and then disappear xD
Hi Terry at what tier do you start putting equipment on and fully upgrading your ships? (i'm low on blueprints) P.S. Triple Lyon Team would good content if you want i'm down :)
I would recommend tier 4 because the ships start to get a bit more different with there play styles and you will start facing more experienced players but if you can afford it just do it from the start
I generally upgrade all my ships fully... >_> I've been around since before the blueprint combination mechanic came in, so lower-tier blueprints were pretty much useless otherwise, and kinda got used to that. I'm generally short on hull blueprints, especially T7 and above, since I'm grinding multiple lines in parallel, and it's usually reasonably quick to make it to T7. Also, I don't free-XP across ships (with very rare exceptions), so sailing with "handbrake on" only makes it worse for me. There are only two things I spend money on in the game - gold for historical camos, and premium ship bundles, so blueprint-wise, I'm pretty much f2p.
Great review as always Terry. You describe it well... it’s a fun ship if you know what you are doing. There are so many great strong ships that are very easy to get killed in if you play the wrong style. After a few battles in a US destroyer, you might need to take a mentality break before jumping into a schors 😂😂.
Hi can anybody tell me what Terry means when we hear him say 'perma' flood or 'perma' fire please, great thx. I think to myself is he shortening the word 'permanent' then think it cant be coz no fire/flood are permanent... unless there's something I'm unaware of.
Yes, that's what I mean. If their damage control is on cooldown, any fires or floods are going to run their full damage numbers, hence "perma" (permanent) :)
@@FunandGameswithTerry Oh... o.k. I get it now. Thanks alot Terry good on you brother, I thought I was good at this game untill I watched your vids. I think your great at it, your comedic elements referencing historical facts has me in bits aswell. Are you excited about the Dutch cruisers ? Would you know if they're armed with missiles fired from the ship or do they have dive bomber planes ?
I just got the indomitable yesterday and also noticed a bunch of bot matches. I don’t really play cv’s so don’t rag on me too much for getting her lol.
frustrated with the mobile version.. we need to buy it through gambling crates..on pc version we just need to grind it using bureau research points (and its actually free just took ages to grind it)....
I personally don't buy loot crates, but it's everyone's personal decision. I don't think I've seen a t10 in the shipyard, but t9s are there. Still worth knowing what a ship is capable of, if you meet them on the enemy team ;)
@@FunandGameswithTerry Hi Terry, I can’t help but notice that Minotaur is at a 3.5 sec firing rate with 10 6 inch guns with a bit more damage. Mino is one of my favorite ships but just wondering after a comparison between these 2 ships. I find I do much better with the ships with finely tuned maneuverability. I am having problems with Zao for this reason. I am sure there is a way to play her but I have not found it yet.
Depends what you compare, I changed some months ago from 1920x1080/30fps to 2340x1080/60fps. My old phone couldn't handle 60fps, so it's smoother now, and in full resolution, instead of 85%ish.
Looks like a fun ship to have... I love Smolensk and Worcester, but this seems to have better arcs than Worcester, and I struggle with that sometimes. Being a spendy Prem, probably wont be getting this one though...After Smol, wont be doing that again, although she was arguably worth it...!!!😞
Definitely easier arcs than Worcester, although that means she can't use islands the same way. She's not overpowered IMO, you trade utility (no radar, no sonar, no smoke) and fire chance for pure rate of fire.
That depends entirely on how you like to play. Premium ships are good for grinding resources quicker ( think of them as a permanent premium account time), training captains, and there are some quite powerful out there, but it's 95% up to the player skill and preference. If you're comfortable with a long-range battleship, you might find a German brawler harder to play. You can get mid-tier premiums from mission crates and events, and higher-tier ones out of the shipyard for free. If you want to pay money to get a ship for the purposes above, see what tier you're comfortable playing in, what style you enjoy, and then see if there's something that matches. Happy to provide pointers :)
@@FunandGameswithTerry I kinda want Tirpitz but it is expensive so I might get Mogami and Texas because I was born in Texas and I went to see the real battleship mutiple times.
Texas plays a lot like New York, tanky but slow mid-tier BB. Mogami is a good light cruiser for T8, and plays similar to Takao, positioning and kiting, setting fires etc.
A superfiring turret is one that sits higher than the one in front of it, and can shoot over it. E.g. think of a USN BB, two main turrets in front, the second one is superfiring.

Random shima at the start: this has turned into a difficult situation
Yeah he was like yeah this is fine 😂
Great review, this looks like a Tier X Atlanta. I would love to get this ship but not willing to buy it via crates.
I’d pay the money for a bundled tier 10, but won’t touch a crate. I like to know what I’m getting for my money instead of gambling it away
I love the intro 🤣🤣🤣 ultimate hammering

For those of you who don't know the gearing player is actually the top player from last season(Gearing).

As to your comment about CVS, I play tier VIII-X Carriers a lot and since the 4.2 upgrade I have gotten a lot of all bot match ups.
That might have been just over the weekend, when people have still been reeling from the 4.2 update.

Just saw the Colbert after the update. Added 2 sonars.
Can we please get montana part 2
Yes, that's in the works. Just haven't had time to play much these days.
One possible draw back I see is that the ship has neither smoke, nor sensors (sonar/radar), so you have to be careful about rushing in.
Yep, you need to know your positioning in this thing. Crossfires end you very quickly, but she can take a lot of things on 1:1
