We bought a 2024 Touring last year around Thanksgiving (Black Friday), it's Pearl White with the Grey Leather Interior. We love it so far, has 6900 miles now. Took it on 2 road trips, one to Va Beach and other to Gatlinburg, TN. It was very comfortable on both road trips. Do have a few criticisms though, wish it had a little bigger gas tank, when I fill up, shows range in the 360-370 mi range. I wish it had a large enough tank so we can get a 400+ mile range on the estimate. Wish this trim level had heated steering wheel. When engine is cold, the transmission is not as smooth, but after a min or two warmed up, it runs fine. Only experienced this during cold weather months. Would be nice if Honda had a Hybrid, or Plug In Hybrid version. Our Son and his family got a new Toyota Sienna Hybrid and it is nice also, But what's impressive is their 35+MPG even in City Driving. While my Son's family prefer's Toyota, My Wife and I prefer Honda's because we've owned them in the past. Previously had an older Accord, and we now also keep our 2016 Accord Sport, which even until now, has never given us any mechanical issues. Changed Battery and Tires, that's it with about 75k miles on that car that's now 8 yrs old. The infotainment display shows a bit dated, before I purchased the Pilot, I test drove a Palisade, the interior was really nice and felt upscale, also tested out a Pathfinder Rockcreek. But decided on Honda for their reliability. 3rd row on the Pathfinder was pretty tight, especially with the leg room, the Pilot felt like it had lots more room in the 3rd row. Palisade had good room in 3rd row too, loved the dash layout with the wrap around screen and larger display, but stuck with Honda because of our experience with Honda's reliability. Plus the new redesigned front end looks much better.
One of the better in depth videos out there on the new pilots. Just traded in my 22 CRV for a 25 Pilot Elite. Totally happy with the upgrade. Love the look and feel of it.
I just want to point out that the Trailsport is only 7 passengers. Great video! I just purchased mine 2 days ago and it's exactly like the one in the video.
Literally bought a 2025 Pilot Touring a week ago. Biggest criticisms? At 50K, power folding/auto dimming mirrors and a heated steering wheel should be standard equipment. These are especially glaring omissions when you can pivot to the more rugged Trail Sport trim for a similar price and get both of those options. Other than that, I'm super happy with it. Honda did a really nice job with this redesign and the interior space is wild. We also have a 2019 Passport so it's all Honda all the time.
I will buy the Elite trim soon got side tracked. We helped my nephew buy a new 2024 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback a month ago. It was Luna Silver Metallic color like this Pilot. The ELITE is about $3,000 more AWD Touring. It gets the Perforated Leather Seating holes the front ventilated seats. It gets Heads-Up Display in windshield. The 360 Multi-View Camera System. The Full Digital instrument gauge cluster. The power folding mirrors. Its a few other features the Elite and now Black Edition Pilot have not sure Touring gets. Not sure by memory if Touring has 2nd row heated seat or Rain Sensing Wipers. But the auto-dimming driver and passenger side mirrors. The sometimes problematic puddle entry light found on Acura MDX and TLX vehicles. While at Honda Dealerships picking up new Civc salesperson gave me Key-Fob for a Black Pilot Touring to look at. They didnt have any Elite trim on lot at time. That was my first time being that close to 4th Generation Pilot. But I have been studying it since early details leaked. I was looking at it for clues of what a redesign Ridgeline Pickup Truck might have. However Honda decided not to fully redesign Ridgeline. So I did soul searching do I need a pickup truck. We have a 2007 Ridgeline in family. I always wanted the Acura MDX so the Pilot Elite is a cheaper version of the MDX Advanced Package.

Including honda. I knw its about sales but it takes away the exclusivity of owning that model.
No changes means everything is most likely upgraded with Most of the Bugs worked out, Unless some people would rather be at service Center's constantly, And is why I personally like owning 4-Honda's at the last of year production run's in a 5-6 year design runs, Most of the Glitches other's usually have undating too much too often.

I think the Heated Steering Wheel is optional on Touring. Its standard on Elite,Black Edition and the TrailSport. The install cost to add that to Touring will cost $700. So if you wanted to add that to a Touring pulls you closer to Elite price. Not sure if the Touring has the Heated Wiper Zone. If you can handle price of Elite it has stuff you cant get on Touring. But they have on lower trim TrailSport.
My wife bought the 2025 Honda Pilot Touring AWD 2 weeks ago... the only thing we hate about it is the way the remote start works... you can only remote start the vehicle 2 times after you've turned off the vehicle and after that you're forced to enter the vehicle turn it on and off before you get another 2 remote start attempts.
That is probably to keep someone from draining the battery if not being driven. Think of your kids or whoever playing around and doing that repeatedly. Just a guess though.
@t.k.morris Remote Start to prevent Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. If the vehicle is in a garage and someone is playing around it's not going to run over . I had neighbor kill himself intentionally. He started his two motor cycles in garage and sat in there with them. His poor mother found him when she got home from work.
No it depends on what your looking for. The TrailSport has more off road tire so ride not as good with suspension vs Touring or Elite, BE trims. The TrailSport does not have the removal stowaway center seat. It has standard captions chairs. The storage well in TrailSport is not as deep as other trims. It's a diffrent type of leather seating surface in TrailSport. If you could come up with $ 3,000 more you can get Elite with more features. But the Touring offers FWD or AWD some might want AWD. But the Torque Vectorng AWD System in this vehicle is real good.
Between the touring and Trailsport - I feel like the trailsport gives you more for $200 less. But between the MDX and Pilot, I’d prob go MDX if I could
I think they may have changed some USB ports. For 2025 They added the Black Edition as top Trim. They Deleted the base LX trim. Some seating changed in certain trim. In crash test I think they my have done something different in 2025 from 2023 to have higher score.
@@fredmoss4540They changed the USB ports in the rear to USB-C. Black Edition is a new top trim, LX is gone and EX-L has 2 differences. First, you can now get EX-L with Roof Rails and CrossBars (accessory option). Second, EX-L has no more captains chairs in the second row. Standard Bench seating is only offered now.
I bought a pilot touring 2025 with Bridgestone tires in north Michgan while the highways has concrete strips type 😢!!!??? So When drive yiur Honda the entire car is shaking and you feel like you will loss controlling this car .pritty soon Honda and Bridgestone tires manufacturing will be very very sorry and Honda wl do nothing for you !!??? You know what they told me ???? We don't know what is wring with your car ??!!! Why is shaking and it keeps moving 😢 ???!!! After tow month finally we found out they have bad tires ??!! Very wides and deep so the concrete strips sticks to this strips and you feel like you will flip over make sure they give you deffrint tires 😢

Bought one. High end, smooth, and a lot of bells and whistles that you will use. Highly recommended.

That's just they way it works.
It's not specific to the Honda Pilot model.
Safety feature so someone want accidentally start vehicle in garage. Carbon Monoxide poisoning.
