Yeah, I'm no businessman, but I think the retro gaming scene right now thanks to Evercade is just gonna be the big cash boom market for games and a godsend for gamers, 'cause the modern gaming scene is a toxic clusterf--- for multiple reasons and thanks to Evercade retro gamers from the original generations of those games and the newer generations who love these games can now own games they wanted but never got to play and buy rare games that original copies of are obscenely pricey.
Man Evercade is just gettin' better and better, from how much output I've seen from 'em on their website and on here and the positive reviews from the folks who've bought their products from 'em, I think they've really been listenin' to the folks who've bought their stuff and heard the concerns withtheir stuff and rectified the problem later on down the road.
Duke on Evercade is Epic. I hope we will see more of this old PC-Platform games in the future for Evercade. Jazz Jack Rabbit, Commander Keen, Jill of the Jungle. Turrican. That would be amazing.

Well, someday you may release a cartridge I won’t preorder but it wasn’t today. What a lineup! I was expecting Sunsoft, and I had seen the leaks about the next two, but everything else is a welcome surprise.
I like the idea of remastering old computer games. Not a Duke Nukem fan, but probably will pick up at least collection one. Have to support that direction for new game releases. The Sydney Hunter Collection looks interesting as well.

They revealed title#'s 30 & 31, then 33 & 34 for the Duke Nukem, but skipped over Title #32. Must be one that will be announced in next Showcase in July 2023.
Don't forget, only a few months after the limited edition purple Evercade handheld was released they announced that it would be discontinued and replaced with a new handheld, support stopping for the old one...
I would love to see a Breakout collection on the Evercade. Could the Breakout game that was supposed to come out on the Amico run on the Evercade Vs? Maybe the collection could come with a paddle controller? Thx.

I really like the EXP, but that TATE mode is really uncomfortable for us grown men lol. We need a grip to put the console in that makes it more comfortable.

Nothing against Evercade, but there are games I would rather be able to purchase in my region or, ya know, just the games in a more convenient storefront, like Steam. I would gladly support there. Also, props to you saying Duke Nukem Advance is impressive. Technically, it's not a lot different from other GBA FPS games, but the controls feels good, the environment feels good, only thing it lacks is music during the action (which I assume wasn't added because it would create a choke on the GBA's CPU)
I hope you have a good job or had a rich uncle that passed away recently and liked you very much. If you don't buy while they are still on shelves or online shops, you won't after. My NES and Genesis collections haven't grown significatively for many years, same as with my GC and 3DS. Once the successor of the Switch is announced, it's game over for those collections too. That's why we have the Evercade, at least for the time being.
@@OM19_MO79 I've been lucky enough to find two retro stores nearby that sell PS2 games for $10 - $20 currently. Trying to get the ones I'll want to play years from now! Thankfully the PS2 and (most of the) PS3 era run without needing updates so hopefully it'll all still work well 10 years down the road.

Yeah, I don't get on with Tate mode at all. It's nice to have it as an option I guess but it's so uncomfortable that it's an option I never use.
