I used to load that combi 400 on the ramp in SEA. I was a crew lead for Menzies Aviation. Flight 67 went out every morning. Multiple destinations so we had to layer all the freight and bags like a bean dip in order of stops. That flight was a real headache. We only loaded the bottom and Alaska cargo agents would load the containers on the top. I worked there from 2010-2014.

Not any flight school, but you’ll have to look into school that are FAA approved to take international students. I’m Pakistani American myself btw
