Thank you for this information. I have a tendency to be hard on myself when my expectations and goals fall short of what I want to achieve, but now I realize that it’s my thinking and approaches that are problematic for my self love and strength. I’ve suffered so much for so long these 6 years that I have grown numb from it. False accusations of various kinds, court, losing all my savings I worked for to prove my innocence, the pandemic, losing stability. My coping mechanism subconsciously became for me to be emotionally numb to suffering and accepting it as a truth of life with no joy at all. Man have my eyes been opened today to just how tough and resilient I am.
