We just got back home to Ontario Canada from our 3 week trip to Colorado. We absolutely loved it. Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Junction, Estes Verde and Great Sand Dunes. One day it was 82 degrees and a day later we had a blizzard in the mountains.
Colorado is such an awesome state. You visited some great places. RMNP is stunning. And yes the weather can change quickly. We left to come back to Texas, it snowed heavily that afternoon...so we got out just in time. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Fun to see what those small towns had to offer! The hot springs looked amazing! We still have yet to do one and really want to! Lovely campsite with the river behind it! Thx for sharing! ❤️~Lareka
Such a cute town!! Cant wait to spend time in Colorado! Never heard of any of the places you visited!! I hate when we loose footage! Missing visiting hot springs!! We need to head west soon!! Really missing it!!
Sorry about the broken sd card, that sucks! But the river surfing was so amazing!! Great site along the river. Hot Springs, yes 🙌 looked amazing!!! Glad you were not feeding drugs to anyone 😂 that sign was funny!! That house looked so haunted - another great video highlighting small towns & amazing finds in them!
🤣 Tex-Mex snob comment 🤣 We have a large portion of family living in Texas, Houston & Dallas and we get itTexMex is awesome!! We love the Santa Fe New Mexican cuisine just as much.
Wow we would love all these locations. It is so funny how similar our stops can be and in completely different states. We are saving these stops love hot springs! Leadville has been on our list for a while we want ro go when they are doing the Leadville ultra run it would be fun to observe but busy! We also don't like sending food back but good reason to get another margarita!! 😊 Thanks for taking us along.
So great you could be there for your granddaughters birth.🥰 River skying is so interesting. That was a huge tree to hug Pam! You didn't go to the clothing optional spring? LOL. Like your UA-camrs costumes. 🤣- Jim & MIchelle
Haha thanks. Being there for the summer and watching our Baby Girl become a Mom is such a blessing. No No No on the optional clothing. Haha. Our costumes did not win any awards...imagine that. Haha.

Nice campground and a great view of the mountains and river. I’m with you Ken not a big fan of 🥵 hot hot 🥵 water. We love hitting small towns with festivals. I know what you mean about the food we are cheese snobs up here. Thanks From Wisconsin
Great video! Congratulations on your new granddaughter. The new addition to the family. I agree Pam that surfing thing looked too dangerous to me too! Hot springs look comfortable and relaxing. Aw I saw and heard Meka crying in the car. I wanted to give her a hug. Was that house really haunted you showed? I have never been through one before. A lot to do in Colorado. 29 degrees that’s cold. But it’s that now here in Nv. In the morning. lol! Great video! Hope you have a great weekend and great week. Hope you get to see you new granddaughter for Thanksgiving. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving if I didn’t see you before. See you both soon! Love you both and Meka! ❤❤❤🥰🤗
Yay!!!!! Congrats on the new grand kiddo, we're so happy for you two!! LOL!! Pam you're such a Mom worrying about the river surfers! We feel the same about Mexican food as you do about TexMex. Growing up in San Diego we really don't even try to do Mexican anywhere else in the country, because yes, we're snobs too. As always we enjoyed the video. Safe travels!!
Still subscribed so you're stuck with us. ;) How does the 310 feel after the Lance? I'm with ya Ken on the surfin', that ship sailed a long time ago. What!? drinking places? Send a link to the Just Ramblin'. Rock on RoadSmiths!!
Always..Glad to have you! The 310 feels HUGE both inside and towing. Hard to imagine we towed it over 35K miles...was a little concerned watching that guy do that. Yup Ron and Jodi would love ti there. :-) Still Rockin'
Have you been to this part of Colorado? If you did, what was your favorite parts of it? If you had not, what would you like to know?

So glad you two did all this filming while in Colorado. We are headed back again next year and you have given us a great list of things to do.
I love watching the river surfers when we were there. I was a ski patrol nurse at Monarch when the kids were young.
Monarch looked great....I imagine not as crowded as other places. Thanks for watching and commenting.
