I beat the master levels on UN and all the DLCs and Base game on UN. Watching this makes me feel like the game journalists who rage quit on the first marauder.
Think that coin room pretty much played out as the devs intended it, i.e. as deliberate as you are, going in to the room (and through the first couple of waves), at some point shit just hits the fan anyway :)
Health for blood and armor for blood are stacking along with the reaving punch rune (if that's what it's called, can't check rn) to use all the excess health and armor he's receiving from flame belch + freeze grenade and recharge blood punches.
Props for not cheesing the coin room by sitting on top of the dome. By doing that, even a scrub like me can pull-off that fight without using super weapons.
This is f'ing unreal lol. Amazing job man. I can't even quick swap the damn weapons. I've been trying to beat Super Gores Nest on UN to get the gold shotgun and I've pretty much given up. Maybe I'll try again but it's frustrating as F. Congratulations on your skill man.

On a side note I am playing proteh's horde mode (the dark lord one), pretty intense (at least for me am getting my ass kicked on Nightmare), but am loving every second of it, any other mods you recommend?
@@ioi1989 thanks man, I really appreciate your words. About mods, maybe you could try the cultist base slaughter map by klinecars72 or any of elizabethany's mods. They are a lot easier than horde mode, but they are way more enjoyable in my opinion
He uses the punches to skip the weapon reload times, for weapons like super shotgun you hold down left click and spam the melee key while constantly hitting the button to swap back to it. So in other words, hold left click and constantly hit melee key and the key for super shotgun to shoot it faster without swapping to another weapon.
I watched the whole vid and your blood punch only failed 5 times (Including failed glory kills). But dont worry, iD's on it and will probably nerf another boss in the next update lol
He's so quick but he's so inefficient, I go a third of this guys speed if not slower and I sometimes kill demons faster than him, like he empties half his friggin ammo on a single cybermancubus, when you literally need one SS shot and a BP, which you get right back! Not saying he's not good though, way better than me, that's for sure, but smarter? Maybe not. This guy should also leave his room

I like to do combos and weapon tricks for the sake of it, I don't care at all about efficiency in a game that regularly gives you ammo back. I don't even care for speed for the sake of it at this point, I simply go as fast as weapon swapping allows 2. Using a bp on a cybermancubus is not an absolute rule one should follow every single time. If I'm 50 meters away and he's surrounded by 10 heavies or superheavies I am probably not going in - and that can happen in certain mods I play. Can I also have like a timestamp of this infamous inefficient combo? because I'm not going to look for it and I highly doubt that was comparable to "half my friggin ammo" 3. I don't know how "smart" you are, but I must be decently "smart" myself considering I'm the guy who introduced the vast majority of weapon techniques and combos in this game 4. The line about leaving the room is just stupid and unoriginal sorry, I can't give a serious answer to that one Honestly I probably dislike this video myself (not going to rewatch it though) since I'm rarely satisfied and always strive for more. But I was recently thinking about replaying this level in a master levels marathon or something, maybe It'll look better for both of us, who knows. If you know anything about doom eternal it's that blood punch is extremely inconsistent and if it decides not to work against na cyber mancubus you most likely die. There is no reason not to abuse the rocket launcher/PB quick swap because you have a lot of ammo for those 2, can easily resupply and combined with this guy's great use of the destroyer blade they make short work of even archviles and tyrants. This is the most efficient way to play this brutal Level.

Shut up, his channel's entire point is to showcase quickswap techs in gameplay, even if it trivializes some content. It's unfair to criticize him for using a technique he created (or at least learned) on his own channel. It's already some of the hardest content in the damn game, outside of mods.
