If I were to have that phone and I saw it running, android 2 I wouldn’t return it. I’ll just be a little bit disappointed.
It cost me quite a bit for just another android 2 phone, that's why I returned it

I've bought from them before, but to be fair they did blatantly lie to me as they told me the phone would be running Android 1.5.
