      Get a good deal, finding a buyer will be easy. You can also JV with a wholesaler who has a buyer’s list. I JV with wholesales all the time to help sell deals. Let me know if you need some help!

      This can be done in any market. I’m in Santa Barbara. it’s more difficult to find cash flowing properties on the higher price homes, but you can still wholesale or add an ADU to force value. Every city, you will find a beat up home with an owner dying to get out of the property

      It depends on how many people are on your local team. I'd say $1,000-5,000/month. VA's are typically $1.500/month per caller. I have a video coming out soon on VA's!

      I’m gonna go out on the limb and say that it’s the same as all the other. The phone numbers are public and are on a bunch of random databases all across the United States. All property radar, property management systems like this tried their best to pull from everywhere.

      A simultaneous close is the way to go imo. Make sure to find an escrow company that are experienced working with investors.
