The problem is he's very limited in his power and ability because it's one man fighting against a few dozen deep State bureaucracies of people with lifetime jobs that are neither elected or appointed so it's going to be nearly impossible to get rid of enough of the corruption to accomplish much. Personally I think every single division needs to be forced to clean house and slash their budget by at least 40%. They deliberately waste money in order to get the money the following year which they wouldn't get if they didn't waste it / spend it, and then of course when they actually need that extra money for something rather than stopping wasting it they just demand more every time. The entire government spending needs to be cut by a minimum of 40%. We need a balanced budget amendment and we need to appeal the 17th amendment so senators represent the states and states rights. He also need to repeal the 16th amendment so that states can refuse to pay the money to the federal government if the federal government infringes on states rights.
