"Okrestina" is a name of police pre-trial detention center in Minsk, Belarus where unlawful humiliation and torture of political prisoners are taking place right now (August 2020)
People who took part in peaceful demonstrations against fraudulent presidential elections were beaten by the police and detained indefinitely. They don't have a lawyer, they don't have the right to make a phone call, they don't have any rights at all. They are locked in tiny cells with no connection to the outside almost without any food and water.
Here in Russia, it is impossible to think about anything else right now. We're refreshing news and praying for police arbitrariness to be over.
