For university track Pusan National University says submit 2 additional copies of the recommendation letter as well in the same envelope...as we have to submit total 3 sets for university track for Pusan...I strongly recommend to study each university's guidelines as well before submitting documents.

I am applying through uni track, I have a certificate of expected graduation ( applying for masters). Do I also have to get that attested from mofa and embassy? Or Do I send it directly to the uni in korea?
@@khadijakhatoon4219 I suggest call embassy....Applicants who are expected to graduate by July 31st, 2024 can also apply for
the program with a certificate of expected graduation including a date of
graduation. Such applicants must submit their official graduation certificate
(or diploma) and final academic transcript to GKS Center, NIIED by July 31st,
2024. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your acceptance.

Yes. It is. Your transcript, degree, and FRC should be attested.

The font of the application form is 20 for main headings and 9 for body text. Are we supposed to change the font in to 11 times new roman, or does it only apply to sop and study plan only and we keep the rest as it is?
I kept the rest as same.

No. you have to keep them in one single envelope and you need four recommendation letters in the embassy track because it will go to three universities and the one will be left for the embassy.

Hi! hope you are doing well. Im stuck while preparing my documents as my birth certificate has suffixes like Bhai and Ben after my Parents name as I happened to be born in Gujarat, India. As we are not gujrati and do not use these suffixes anywhere else, they are not mentioned anywhere in my parents passport or Voter ID. it was added without taking our permission by the court order back in 2006. Can I submit some other document instead of a birth certficate because of this problem? I have my parents and my passport
Yes. You can use Passport as citizenship proof. I added birth registration just on safe side.

You can get a scholarship pf phd without publication. Interview matters the most in case of professor scholarship and in case of GKS, your overall profile matters the most.
there is no need to attached (metric and fsc certificate ?)
If you're applying for masters then it is not necessary to attest matric and fsc documents just bachelor's degree and certificate

Yes! You can. Just submit your fsc credentials.

@@KTh777v You will apply on the basis of your FSC. I know someone who got selected for GKS-U when he was studying in his second year of BS degree. He left that degree and came to korea and started his undergraduate here. So yes you can apply.
For applying in masters degree, can i only provide my bachelor degree certificate or do i also have to provide my 10,11 nd 12th certificate??

One thing which is confusing me is, do i get only 1 recommendation letter from one professor and then photocopy it into 3? or do i need 2 recommendation letters from 2 different professors. Please clarify. Since I'm going for embassy track so I'll need 4 copies of recommendation letter but I'm confused should i take 2 recommendation letters from 2 different professor or just one is required. One letter and then photocopy it and get it stamped and signed again. All of them should be signed and stamped

HOI SADIYA , help me out as no one is responding and my deadline is near. As BZU issued me a degree in marks like this512/600 and mentioned that I have first division. should I submit another document for CONVERSION OR NOT ? WHERE I WILL CONVERT MY SCORES INTO 100 percent scale?.
They have another Anex form in the guidelines for conversion to percentile. I am really sorry for responding you late. I totally forgot I had youtube also. :(

Hello, Sadia ma'am since I'm hoing yo apply for PhD in Feb 2024. I need to know that if I have my score card in different grade pattern or system, should I convert it into GKS standards score scale? Also should I only need to convert only master's score card or botha graduate and undergraduate?

Both. Undergrad and Masters. Convert them on a scale of 4 cgpa or 4.5 cgpa

if you get it on letter head then it’s good and if you’re not using letter head then make sure you’re using official stamp and signature. And it’s better to ask from someone who is currently working in the school

Everything will go in other documents or awards and certificates section. And place them in order jis order ma personal statement ma mention kiya hova ha. Before Sunday, I will upload my own personal statement, you can get an idea from there k kis trha documents mention and arrange krny hain.

What is certificate of employment?? And from where i can get it?
Certificate of employment is necessary if you’re applying for teacher quota or something. Otherwise it’s optional if you’re applying for Masters or phD. You can get it from your employer.

Masters, Phd and Research programs of 6 to 1 year. I don’t know if they consider research programs as postdoc or not. Please confirm it form studyinkorea GKS section.

I am in 12th grade and like to apply for GKS for 2024 session. You mentioned admission dates for undergradute is september. Can i apply now for next year september with hope certificate?
For undergrad, they will ask the students to come in March. Will you be able to get your fsc degree till March 2024, if no then apply in 2024.

Alag page py would be better. Also attach form 5 (Signed and stamped) with it. Get your recommendation letter stamped and signed as well.

Get expected graduation certificate from university. Attest your Transcript, degree and Frc from HEC, MOFA and embassy. Frc will be attested from Mofa and embassy only.
You mentioned that if we are applying from embassy track then we need 4 recommendation letters. what does it mean? Hello! Can we submit our provisional degree certificate during application in Feb and then provide the original degree certificate before august? Or do we have to provide our original degree certificate only as it was mentioned in the guidelines of 2023?
In 2023, students were unable to apply without original degree but they change rules every year. So wait for GKS announcement in feb.
Hi, quick question, when I take my mofa attested documents to the embassy, do they require any photocopies of the the documents or cnic or anything else, to keep for their own record or something. Or they'll just take the mofa attested documents and the charges and thats it? Could you elaborate on this please.. unable to find any details about this anywhere!
