I just had this done this morning. Only thing that hurt was the needle/Med from the lidocaine to numb the area. I didn’t feel the 5 samples being retrieved (there was a loud sound from whatever they used to take each sample but the doctor warned me right before each snap sound). I’m a little sore tonight in that armpit but it should subside. This was much easier than the last biopsy I had 8 years ago in almost the same area.
I got to have it done I am not fright about it
Pls where did you do yours quit impressive I can’t deal with surgeries.

What kind of doctor did you see yk had this done?
I’m not sure what he specialized in because it wasn’t my regular doctor/oncologist.
I have just biopsy two weeks ago for lymph nodes under my armpit. Will have appointment for result this monday. It wasn’t painful at all, just a bit from the needle for anesthetic but after that it was all pain less based in my experience.

I got lymph nodes in my underarm and still swollen. I already done doing biopsy and ultrasound but still swollen it’s been 1-2 months and I’m worried about it cause I’m 7 weeks pregnant still not healed. Lord, Your love has held me and kept me through this suffering in Jesus name Amen. 🙏🙇🏽♀️

I have frequent swollen lymph nodes in my armpits (usually left). I am a female but young (15) so I doubt it’s anything serious. They do have visible bruising though and can be quite painful. Should I talk to someone about this?

My mother never took me in and now I suffer with a huge painful ball under my armpit each time I get pregnant 😩. I'm in my 5th pregnancy and scheduling surgery after birth.

if you don't have any lumps in your breasts, it's probably not breast cancer. it has to originate there in order for it to spread to the lymph nodes. if you have any injuries, that may be a cause for your lymph nodes to swell as well. if you're worried, DON'T just comment on youtube videos. talk to your parents & doctor and see about having an axillary ultrasound.
I have the same problem but mine is still here for about a month now. I'm 15 when I touch it it's a little bit painful but if not, no.

My left armpit lymph nodes get swollen like a few days before my period but with a heating pad on it , it goes away. Should I be worried??

@@akka4903 still get sore in the knot/lump under my right arm.The surgeon sent me for a mammogram but I had to reschedule so I'm not sure what will happen.If it's any relief to u though the surgeon did tell me sometimes it's just a hormone issue or a stopped up sweat gland.I hope you get better💙
I have my lymp in my left breast a hard movable as the doctor said it's 2xm and I need to do biopsy by this week...

I have one on my armpit but it's been there for over 2 weeks and I hope it's not a tumor.
I have had one under my armpit for about 18 years.It never hurt ...up until last month.This month it almost doubled in size and is very painful.I was referred to a general surgeon.Hopefully yours is just a cyst or absess.Best of luck.

Having had a Mastectomy & 1 sental Lymph Node removed nearest to the breast which had cancer
But then the Surgeon did another operation after having my Mastectomy & removed 5 Lymph nodes under my armpit which came back negative no cancer had spread there but could this have been prevented if the CT Scan was read properly ?
Does the CT Scan detect cancerous Lymph nodes ? ?
Now after a year I have a small bump on my Mastectomy scar can it be a keloid or benign? ?

Also a 9mm or 2cm bump on my Mastectomy scar Biopsy was done does it mean it's deep in the scar or the bump was before going all flat after the biopsy is done ?

Not always! A needle biopsy won’t and a normal biopsy shouldn’t but might!
Does this happen to males to? My brother has something under his arm but he says he's too ticklish for this..

I had ultrasound yesterday cz i had a lump on my right armpit they said they gound a tissue not nothing to worry about so i have to wait 2 weeks to makr scan so they know what is really this now im scared 😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨 maybe i need surgery to remove it and its pain cz i touch it a lot

Yes, mine did. Try to care for it well to reduce scaring or bumps.

Two days ago I started to feel a very slight pain in my armpit just in the evening, now I swear I feel a pea sized lump under my skin. I can’t tell what’s goin on if it’s just a weird break out or what. I don’t have a personal doctor rn and just don’t know what to do, considering a med station if it gets worse.

I get these in my armpit, behind my ears on my neck but they always go away within a week, they hurt like bruises for me too.
To be honest I was going to get it checked out and it just went away! It was so weird I never experienced anything like it.

I have a biopsy coming up soon for my neck. Do you think I will be awake for that, or since it is so close to my jugular, I would be put to sleep?

How many lymph node biopsies do surgeons usually do? Trying to determine experience level...what's the average?
I had one done today and honestly i felt so uncomfortable and scared at first but it's painless. My doctor did 2 lymph node biopsies. From 1 to 10 I would rate it 7.

My armpit is hurting like hell. After ai gave birth there was a lump in both my armpit so I thought it was just the blocked milk duct, but the lump in my right armpit did not disappear. And Recently it really hurts a lot. I’m so scared and I’ll get checked this 22. Please pray for a great news.

UPDATE: The doctor just examined my lump and said that I should schedule an appointment for an ultrasound for the lump. Did not really get any great news since she just dismissed me. I’m having my ultransound this Jan 14th.

You can get a lymph node drainage massage from a dermatologist it sucks but it can help

Swelling of Lymph Nodes on your neck usually means you're suffering from upper respiratory infection. Because you have tb your lymph nodes enlargement, means they are reacting to fight off viruses.

i've got one under my jawline. Been 6 weeks and it's still here. Been to the doctor and had ultrasound check. he said it's very very less likely to be cancerou (I'm 15 by the way), but check again if it's still there for more than a month. 2 weeks after that, i got my first night sweat. I'm freaking out. My mom also said it got a bit bigger, but i don't feel like it is. in 2 weeks, i'll probably get it checked again. Hope it's nothing serious.

Pain is after local anesthetic wears off. Sore for 2 days. Didn't feel a thing with the injection of local anesthetic and biopsy.
Have had a smalll swelling for years, thought it was a muscle spasm from my back. Got biger and the size was more
inside so I felt pain and pressure against my left arm. Only in past month did I feel anything there.
Had biopsy, waiting for results.
After biopsy woke that night with some pain, just took Tylenol and went back to sleep.
i am having this lymph node from decv , but actually my immune system is weak and i am frequesntly catching cold , so itmay be a reason fr lymph node. and also my lymph node was getting smaller in march to april but now i feel its back in its normal size it was in around january , the time when i seriously took it first.
actually no one believed me at first but then i became rigid and we visited a doc but doc too told that it may just be swelling
i never felt pain in it until i press it too hard like to crush the node, but i can sense it through my finger , its like a pea stuck there.............i just wanna know how can i be sure its just from infection or need operation.
am from india and now covid is in peak , so at this time visiting doc seems a lil risky , is there any other way to know that does it need a operation or will collapse on its own ?

I went for a consultation the other day, the doctor said that it’s good to remove the lymph gland so that they can continue testing the lymph gland for medical conditions which could be fatal such as lymphoma
So I personally think it’s good to take it out so that it can have further testing and you’ll know for sure whether it’s serious or not

lol shouldn’t feel pain. I had a biopsy on the right side really close to the center of my chest and it hurt soooo badly I was crying and I couldn’t breathe the entire time even with the amount of fentanyl they gave me during the procedure. Right after they performed an immediate CT scan to check for a collapsed lung. There wasn’t. Later that night I went back to the hospital because I was having issues breathing. I was in pain for days after and all of this to find out the the biopsy was unsuccessful and that the sample died in the lab. Had to go for a surgical biopsy a month later. This was my experience with a mediastinal biopsy for Hodgkin lymphoma

@@KADETUL9 Yeah I’m okay now! Haven’t done chemo since august 2020 and radiation since the beginning of January. They’re keeping a close watch because the radiation is still active, but they said I’m “essentially in remission”. The surgical biopsy said I had Hodgkin’s Lymphoma stage 1, bulking (tumours was huge), unfavourable (there was a lot of swelling in my blood). My doctor said it’s like a stage 2, but because the cancer only remained in one spot it was stage 1. They treated it like stage 2. I’m now just doing regular scans to check on the status every 4 months

How many months have you done chemo?
And second question is how did you know that you had a mediastinal lump? Did you saw it first on a x-ray or CT?
@@KADETUL9 Thanks! I hope it never comes back too. I did chemo for 6 months. Was 6 cycles of ABVD.
How I found out: I was in a lot of pain before hand so I would jokingly say I must have cancer, but maybe I knew. I did an x-ray and that’s how they saw it. They then sent me to the hospital when the results came in to do a CT scan. And then I started doing these things call PET-CT scans where it’s a CT scan and they make you drink this nuclear water that settles for one hour and it shows where there’s metabolic activity. The scan is so long. I’ve fallen asleep every time.

I don't know from what age I have lymph Nord (swollen ) under my right armpit . It may be from years 🤣. I didn't took any medicine . Not even saw it . Just living my life .it not disturbing me . So I'm not disturbing it .

I've found 2 swollen lymph nodes in my groin area, one I have had for around 3 months and isn't massively big, but another right at the top of my groin is now very slightly visible under the skin and very noticeable to the touch. there hard and don't move they don't really hurt either sometimes they ache because I keep prodding around... please someone tell me this isn't cancer 😔 what will my doctors even do?
I suggest you get checked by a doctor asap.
