  • In this video, I am sharing what's changed from the TEAS 6 to the TEAS 7 exam. The TEAS 7 nursing entrance exam just launched as of June 2022! That means that many pre nursing students are wondering--what has really changed from the TEAS 6 to the TEAS 7 exam? Much has stayed the same from the TEAS 6 exam to the TEAS 7 exam, but several significant changes have been made to the TEAS 7 nursing entrance exam. In this video, I offer a comparison of the TEAS 6 vs. the TEAS 7, and I also give a breakdown of what has changed from the TEAS 6 to the TEAS 7.
    This video focuses on three main things--what has stayed the same on the TEAS 7 exam, what has changed on each individual section of the exam, and finally, a breakdown of the additional question types that have been added to the TEAS 7 exam. I hope this video is helpful to all of you amazing students who are studying to take the TEAS 7 nursing entrance exam in 2022!

    Wow thanks for this video. I didn't know its updated to 7 now. Im going for my CNA and I just watched your videos on that thanks for sharing your experience!
    Do you know what TEAS score is required to apply to Nursing in NC?

    • @EstyNistor
      @EstyNistor  Рік тому

      Yep, they just updated it so it is fairly new! The required TEAS score is completely up to each school, so you’ll want to check with each school that you are applying to and see what they require.

    I have the book teas study guide 20-21 can I still use this to study for teas 7 or need to buy the book again ?

      I think the content & questions are very similar, so using the book you have should be fine. But I would take a look at what sections have been taken out or added to make sure that you’re not studying things you don’t need and also that you’re studying the added topics.

    I'm taking my exam in a week and I'm so nervous. I didn't know the change was coming and now I feel unprepared. Do you have any tips on what I can do to calm the nerves?

      My recommendation would be to spend your last couple days reviewing whatever material you are not solid on, and don’t work any more on anything that you’re at a passable level. Then, I would take off the day before the test from any studying and maybe spend an hour tops in the evening reviewing material you’re not feeling solid on. On the day of, eat a good breakfast and when it comes to test time, take deep slow breaths if you’re getting anxious. That’s my two cents, but at the end of the day remember that it’s only a test, and your results don’t change your worth as a person ❤️ Wishing you best of luck!

      @@hlongshlongs8729 I was able to pass with a 75%. It was very difficult to stay calm but I just had to tell myself that I knew the material and I could do it
