I am an Amazigh Moroccan, in my family we are white and black, my village has white and black people.
There are black people who came a long time ago and settled in our village, they learned the Amazigh language and culture.
I have to say that racism is not part of our Amazigh culture, in our history we have received Jews, Muslims and people from Central Africa without any problem.
The problem in Morocco is located near Europe, so there are many young people who come to go to Europe, some when they don't go through they start to steal and cause problems.
But the majority are good people, They only seek to improve their lives.
As an Amazigh I have to say I am proud of my culture and country, the majority of people who come from Central Africa live in Morocco without any problem.
And I wish that our continent have more work and life so that not everyone would have to leave their country.

Stay safe, Coco. Every country has bad and good people but As a traveler, be cautious in Morocco and generally Africa ; it’s not always safe, especially for outsiders. Speaking from experience, I faced difficulties in these North African country like Algeria, Libye, Tunisia and and Morocco.
Being prisoned in each of these cities :Tangier, Tetouan, Nador, and Fnideq in Morocco all of them are due to racial biases and we were not the only migrants in Morocco but black***** are their main target to discriminate . But today, I’m grateful to be in the UK and Safe from the worse life from my old continent Africa😁.
As you said success comes with courage and faith in your path. Not only school can me you successful in this life. That was well spoken advise I will alway remember from your this video 😊

In Morocco it’s pretty normal that men should stand up and let the women sit, sometimes they might ask you if she’s old . Wish him all the best In Morocco, there’s poors everywhere there. But if he’s looking for job he can get one . If he can’t it will be very difficult for him

    • @abdelkh.
      @abdelkh. Місяць тому +11

Exactly, the woman asked just because she used to sit without even asking since we Moroccans let the old woman and pregnant woman sit...and not because he is black or as a racist act. You still need to learn more about our culture and humanity.

He can be a disabled person having problem in his leg or legs or any other reason since we can't see his legs in the video we can't assume. But at the end, it's a Moroccan culture that the real Moroccan man let his place for woman especially if she's old or pregnant.

I think you misunderstood the Moroccan culture. If that woman asked him to stand up so she can sit because it's a shame for a man to sit while a woman standing, even she is a young lady. And if you're Moroccan, as you claimed, you should've known that. and also you can see that only women's seating on that bus and all men's standing.

I am from Morocco so let me explain what happened in the bus : the woman is old or ill so she asked the first younger man she saw to leave his place for her, which is very common and normal in Moroccan culture. Happens to Moroccan men too and they are supposed to stand up, if they don’t the woman asks. That’s why she asked him and not his kids, because he’s a man. She wouldn’t ask him if he was a woman.
In Moroccan culture men stand up to let women sit.
It’s also common in Moroccan to judge men who beg if they look like they are able to work. Ppl give more money to women, old men or ppl with special needs or with kids. In his case he might be judged but ppl will want to help his kids and ppl will know he’s new so maybe he doesn’t know where to find work. I personally saw my dad giving more to subsaharian beggars than to Moroccan beggags because he thinks it’s more difficult for them to work because they’re new to the country. So understanding the culture is very important.
Of course I’m not saying racism doesn’t exist because it does ! But understanding the culture is important to not be mistaken.

I can’t comment on your latest video because you turned off your comments. To be honest, You have to becareful , and respect. Even if they did something wrong with you in their own country, don’t get mad , cool yourself down and walk away. That lady was trying to explain why she did it to you but you didn’t want to listen. You didn’t want to let her explain…. If you want people to respect you, don’t let your anger control you with your attitude infront of others. Respect yourself, respect others and their culture…please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The rest of someone’s life is changed forever by even ONE simple act of showing love. What a beautiful blessing and beautiful family I love them so much and cry with them. I wish to help them all I can. From America we love you all so much, Africans, Moroccans, Nigerians, it doesn’t matter where you are from- every human is equally made by God, special and beautiful and loved. I pray for this family and all others ❤️
Keep spreading Truth and Love, Chen! No matter how bad it gets or how cruel people can be, the world needs to see that LOVE EXISTS to everybody!

Hey what’s up as a moroccan person i want to make this clear i seen that u are a not really a true moroccan who knows things very well, baby all of us do that not just him when we see a old man or a old woman stand up next to us we gave her our place if she told us or without ( if someone told u to do that which that not necessary to get up just for the sake of humanity do that favor for him or for her ) she told him that personally so she was in needs (sickness…) so its not for he’s color or something like that ,cause we are one here no matter where u from and we are also Arabic Africans please if you don’t know this information now you know and try to be a real moroccan by knowing all things about that country who you are in right now🙏🏽 god bless and DIMA MAGHREB forever and ever 🇲🇦❤️ Omar and thanks.

Hey Chen, I sent 71.81 ILS to you. Please give it to the man. He needs to find a way to survive long term.
I am assuming he MAY BE an illegal immigrant??? , which will make it harder for him to get work.
At the moment Morocco is one of the countries experience a high influx of illegal immigrants, some get stuck there.
Most are aiming to go to Europe, via Spain. To get to Spain they go through Morocco

The goal right now is to help him get some food and clothes and then he can earn money from the UA-cam channel we opened for him 😇

My heart goes out to everyone who has been discriminated because of their colour. I am a Kenyan living in Kenya but I work in a very diverse environment in terms of race and culture. I have NEVER been profiled hence my skin colour is never an issue. I feel soo heart broken that while I am comfortable working and living well regardless of my skin colour, other people are despised, hated and discriminated just for who they are. It is sad😢

All the Moroccans in the comments are making excuses for blatant racism!!
What I would like to know is, is it possible for him to get a job?
Is there discrimination when applying for jobs? Because it would be great if he could be active and handy instead of begging. But I don't want to judge as I know it's not easy at all. But this man needs a job. So if any Morrocons in the comments section from Fez can help this man with a job, that would be great and help prove that you are not racist!
