I’m Asia Jackson and I’m an actress and content creator based in Los Angeles.
I went through most of my life with an undiagnosed anxiety disorder and clinical depression. It was difficult for me to participate in life, find joy, and be happy. I felt like I was just floating through life with no direction. After seeking help, I’m now on a journey to learn how to live an intentional, beautiful, and joyful life and I want to encourage other young women to do the same. We deserve to live beautiful lives. My habits are the worst. Stays up late. Procrastinating. Coffee over water. Binge watching😅 but this video (as always) was so inspiring ☀️

PSA: not everyone is meant to be a "morning person" - our circadian rhythm can actually be genetic. Don't feel pressured to wake up at 5am to be productive just because it works for someone else. Do what feels good as long as you take care of yourself :) Love uuuu Asia!
Yess!! I feel like this isn’t talked about enough. You don’t necessarily need to wake up “early” to be successful. It’s all about what works for your lifestyle :)
THANK YOU! Everyone is acting like if you’re not waking up early, you’re not productive. I’m tired if I wake up before 8:30-9 no matter how much I’ve slept, and I love getting work done during night hours. After all there’s still the same number of hours in a day, I don’t see why having a different sleep schedule would make you less or more productive then others.
No matter how much I try I cannot seem to become a morning person - I’m definitely a night owl
Well said... I'm from India my parents pressured me to wake up at 4 to study for exams but I wasn't able to focus, but I can do it late night... So mornings never worked for me....

I quit my job so now have time to do yoga and stretches every morning. I have freedom to have breakfast when i like. I choose to go for long walks. I cook more. I can go grocery shopping when i like.

I really appreciate you being so open about your mental health, I have bipolar disorder and a few other mental disorders and I literally just came out of a 2 month debilitating depression episode. I relate to you so much on the fact that it can be soooo difficult to eat and care for yourself when you feel so horrible emotionally and mentally. So from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for putting the awareness out there. It’s so beautiful and refreshing to see someone who is real! It’s currently 4am... I need to get some rest but starting today I am going to start a productive routine! I wrote everything down on my notes & I’m watching this video for motivation!! 🤍 I am doing this to better myself. I’m always home so this will be great!

I tried to start working out in the beginning of the year but I completely failed 😭 but this honestly encouraged me to try a 10 or 20 minute workout instead of the 45 I was trying to do.
I loooove your pajamas. I like waking up early too, but its hard to sleep early when your family is up late lol! But I've been trying to wake up around 7 or 8 every day so I can workout, clean, and do something personal before I start work. Gives me way more time to live a full life!
Yah seriously it is difficult when your family does not wake up before 9 😅
My habits have been so good! Waking up at 5am, working out, meditating and eating a hearty breakfast. I loved this video btw ❤️

That blender hack!! I wanted to mention that you have been such a good influence on me. I started using notion because of your recommendation, and I made a vision board also!! Thank you for being so transparent about how eating is hard during a depressive episode. People always ask me how i stay thin and lean and say “I wanna look like you, what do you do?” But i honestly can’t tell them because its literally because i just don’t eat :( not something most people think about and I’m so glad you mentioned it

I've been struggling with anxiety which tends to paralyze me where I can't get out of bed & your videos give me so much serotonin. Hey Asia! I love those south facing windows especially since my apartment gets virtually no sunlight. I did just want to mention that your body actually doesn't make any vitamin D when you sit in front of a window but you absorb 100% UV rays, so consider opening your windows to get that vitamin D as well as some fresh air!

Hey Asia! I just wanted to give a little tip.... Vitamin D doesn't go through glass! So make sure if you want the benefit of vitamin D, then take a few minutes outside! You can get fresh air too!

A night owl would be more productive at night then in the early morning, which is why I was wondering why you wanna become a morning person. Go ahead if waking up early is good for you, just gradually go to bed a little bit earlier and then wake up a little bit earlier.
