His vocals were so grim back in the day this video is defiantly one of the best music up loadings i have seen. It is just so raw, no lights, costumes, amps behind the stage just metal.
This is probably my favorite song from them. I wish I could've seen them back then. Sounds fucking awesome even in this old video.

Cradle sucks s bad now. And I hate it. Crade got me into black metal with this album. Then cruelty was even better then Barker left and my heart was broken. I actually like the music from midian. But the rest has been goth emo shit. i really want the old badass Cradle back. How could they lest this happen to them. God I would spend hours upon hours listening to Cradle whe I was in highschool.

yeah man, but its not like I hate the new cradle, its like two different bands now, the old cradle for its rawness and awesomeness, the new cradle when I need a change and need something softer and less cradle like...

huyyy de lo camiseteros que hay jejejejejejeªªª claro, todas las mega bandas tienen un comienzo, lo importante, no es quedarse alli si no avanzar, y esta banda lo hizo bastante bien, a mi parecer, aunque este video tiene su magia, no soy muy fan de esta banda, pero reconozco lo que es bueno.

Yes, this show took place in 1994. They had most of dusk completed in '94. I think they even had one or two dusk songs in '93.
I have songs in '94 and '95 on them playing nocturnal supremacy, haunted shores, a gothic romance, heaven torn asunder, dusk and her embrace (as you can see ;) ) and probably another one or two that I'm missing. :)
This is the Cradle of Filth i met back in 1996, Principles..., Vempire and Dusk and her Embrace... that was METAL! even cruelty is fine, but then, the goth and the marilyn manson aspects came, COF RIP.

I'm no goth or metal head, but i know that make-up & image aside, their music kicks my arse! Cruelty & Midan are my favourites too! But I think Thornography is a really weak effort from them. I was so disappointed when i got that home & listened for the first time :(

@Aneres55 So was haunted shores... Graveyard by moonlight was in Orgiastic Pleasures Foul demo in '92 *I know because I literally have the demo (cassette)* but the song is different. Erm my point is, they had some issues, they wanted to get out of Cacophonous records, so they made Empire V, which is a really nice album. *I have the rare CD release :DDDDD* anywho, well yeah they needed that album to get out of the contract. Thats why DaHE comes after Empire V.
yeh man cradle of filth have their own genre of music, well if they didnt they can sure go into many genres of metal but back in the day they where true black metal like Gorgoroth is today but times change and the filth are still awesome as they where back in the day thats my opinion anyway,but i have always been a fan of cradle, have all their albums, dvds etc now, Im not particularly bothered what ppl say about them no more as ive too much shit that isnt even true about them.
Well clothes add to the music always...but if they wanted to changer "wordrobe" they could've just gone "normal" if you know what I mean, also, that doesn't show the "lack" of life of anybody, so that's a pretty stupid and naive comment...you don't have to be in front of the computer all day to know these things...

At this time Danni had a more "rough" voice which was incredible and unique but later he developed his voice to be more whinny and annoying...he also started writing easy lyrics and not the stuff he wrote before which was incredible...the guy is incredibly smart but he wastes his intelligence now...

i think i speak for about 99% of you all by saying i miss this kind of music by cradle... I like all their albums though, although "thornography" is probably the worse for me. As for "dusk...", what a fucking masterpiece!

Why?? How long have you been listening to them?? I've seen them in Boogaloo in 2006 and back then Dani's singing was awful, and I saw them again in ljubljana on the 26.4. and his screaming improved a lot.

A što se Boogaloo-a tiće, da, imaš pravo, ponekad je uzvučenje tamo stvarno katastrofa. Vidio sam ih 4 puta vec, 2002 u Milanu, 2006 o Zg, 2007 na Metal Campu i sad u Ljubljani a moram reći da su me oduševili i da je Dani puno poboljšao pjevanje, 2006 su bili katastrofa. Ajde man keep on with CoF
