Looks like a very nice place to stay. We prefer a room on the top floor because we always seem to have folks in the room above us practicing their river dance.
We were in the 3-story section to the right of the main building, so we were actually on the top floor of that section. But the main building had more floors. It was a nice place, and I have to say that we didn't have any noise problems out of anybody.
I am a Best Western fan. This is one of the largest I have seen. Great review.

The last BW we stsyed in eas Maggie Valley, befs were hard ss a rock. Glad you enjoyed your stay. 😊
These were too soft for my liking. Haven't stayed at the one in MV, but I like a firm bed, and these were not firm at all.
