    Rain should be exposed for who they are.As a pensioner i cancelled my contract in july and again in august 2022 but they still debited my autistic son's account with 4 months subscription in november 2022 on the same day.I;ve benn trying relentlessly to get answers to no avail.Supervisors simply do not return your calls.You as a customer are simply not allowed to speak directly to their accounts dept.or somebody in authority.please be aware of their business ethics

      I'm so sorry to hear your experience. I would also advise everyone to only add their credit card details as payment to be more in control. That way, you can remove it if you don't trust that they will do the right thing and they will ask you for payment manually instead of just being able to debit your bank account without your consent.

    Rain ia a scam, one months you don't have money to pay they stop your services, but your monthly debt increases.

      I think especially if you are staying in a township because they have less towers around there due to the backup battery theft.

      @@Fylosofy_ also the attitude of their consultants is unbelievable. I will make sure they are exposed for selling people pipe dreams.

      Please share with us, everyone needs to know these things because it will be their experience as well if they take up rain. So far, I have now had any bad experience at all, even with the consultants but this is why I want to know if others experience the opposite.

      @@Fylosofy_ below is my complaint shared with Rain. My major concern is that we are using a pay as you go service and if you have not paid they cannot give you access. We paid on the 31st of Jan for Feb internet consumption and changed our payment date to the first of each month. They gave us internet up until yesterday the 15th. If we did not pay why did they not cut the service on the last day of the month. Instead leave the service on and cut it off on the 15th day of the month. Then they ask for another R999. Do they honestly think we have a money tree in our yard. Everything is on a tight budget.
      This complaint is about the lack of service you have been supplying to us.
      The first year all was well then it went down hill from there. We have attempted many times to adjust our payment date to the last day of the month or at least the 1st but each time, you suspend our service without proper notice expecting us to make a double payment. You take us for fools?
      Each time we call, every consultant don't know what to do and end up getting cheaky with us.
      We have reported this to you more than once. We have laid formal complaints on Hello Peter before about this treacherous service.
      Half the time your so called 5G service is buffering or not working and we keep our mouths shut, but when you feel like it you just decide to cut our service and send a condescending notification to your portal instead of calling and alerting the account holder of what you are about to do.
      Today was the last straw and we will still take further action than just an email to a manager.
      Your consultant Tracy was rude and unapologetic about her behaviour on the call with my husband. What kind of service is standing toe to toe with a client. She didn't even bother to check for alternative ways to help us and chose to stick to whatever script you might have for them.
      Acting like a cheaky robot never helped anyone and instead you will lose not only us as but more customers because you chose to put people like her to interact with customers.
      We have a premium service with your company and it's not easy paying for this service but we need internet as we both work from home. None of our employers would even want to understand why we've been offline more than 4 hours because Rain billing system is a scam and you have rude consultants.
      I can promise you one thing though if we were white, such treatment from people like Tracy would not have occurred, but because you see Makoe a black person, you see no need to give us the respect you would afford any other race.
      Train your consultants to treat customers as they would like to be treated. We are human and if you come at us with that type of attitude, we will retaliate and don't expect our reactions to be pretty.
      Telling a customer to take or raise their concern on Hello Peter instead of helping them is unacceptable!
      Friends and families will know about the lack of service you have provided to us and about the train wreck of the customer service you offer.

      Brother I work as agent in call center for rain, so you will not regret for it ! Your query will be related to your bills and network but you people are always misunderstood. We try to explain you but you want things to go according to you so that's not possible
