Lot them up and sell to crafters. I would pay like $10 plus shipping for 100. I crochet and use the cds as center for coasters. I gave seen some crafters make wall hangings with them.
I take my leftover DVDS to a Pawn Shop here in town. He gives .50 for each and will take almost anything. What he doesn't take I take to a different Pawn Shop and they will take anything and everything and pay .25 each
Sell them for a quarter each or just sell the jewel cases and inner traycard Many people have a single cds or dvd without the case and Traycard and could use it. Just a thought
I saw some cities have it where you can do a special drop off but not in my area. There’s aluminum that’s attached to the polycarbonate plastic and I think that causes an issue.
I have sold LP's, it's a tough game unless you have rare stuff. Most LP's were heavily printed, especially 70's and 80's, so there is a lot of supply out in the wild. Even old 45's from 50's and 60's take forever to sell. I even called a few shops and a guy who advertises to buy them. Nobody was interested except in the rare stuff. I asked what I should do with them, they said donate them to a library, so I threw them away except the jazz and classical music, which I enjoy listening to. Lol.
Damn I have the eco pro as well and was not sure a scratch like that could even be fixed. I will try next time for a super high end one but have been selling them as tested with light scratches if they did not get fixed after a 4 min run.
@@daveyboyflips I think there is from ELM or Azura but it’s been discontinued for a long time. Basically it just checks that there’s files in the discs.
Hey Walter i just got a email from a would be buyer He asked me to include a 500$ Visa Vanilia gift card and have the package deliverd to his cousin house and in return he will send 50$ for gas and 50$ for stress LOL these people will try anything out here watch out for scammers people.
Not worth it in 2022. Few years ago when they has bought less crap and were still taking stuff, totally worth taking your stuff you were getting rid of anyway.
Not surprised they’ve gotten a lot stingier over the years. But it used to be a great way to move low-demand stuff. On a side note: I’ve noticed that blurays are becoming more in demand recently.

I would sell them 5 for a dollar in a garage sale. At the end of the garage sale put them for free. That’s just me lol. Thanks so much for sharing 💜
Ohhh Blake, I know your time is more valuable than$17.07 an hour!! Love the closing music of the video!!👍❤️

Free on Craigslist curb alert
No shipping
2 days later you'll be happy with your Space.
Classic Rock maybe Reggae CDs are basically the only CDs that are worth bothering with. Good Video.
Those copies of Honey and Rebound....fire movies.
I’ll see if I have any that aren’t scratched to hell
Good vid. Decluttr gives pennies but better to get rid of them. No profits on fba and to mixing waiting time to sell with fees and postage on ebay

I need to find a pawnshop like tha
I took a ton of media to Half Price Books and they barely bought any of it. They offered to get rid of the excess and I gladly accepted them.
I just saw the new decluttr app icon on my phone and then forgot about it again til this video! 🤣
What's the best site to purchase used DVDs?
There is not a best site for this
Love the channel but you need to declutter that room? Random table with aspirin and spray cleaner makes my OCD go crazy
Lol that’s why I have a warehouse, I’d go crazy if I came home to that much mess
Sell them for a quarter each or just sell the jewel cases and inner traycard Many people have a single cds or dvd without the case and Traycard and could use it. Just a thought
Lots for cheap ?
Can you recycle like plastic bottles?

how about LPs thinking of dabbling in that?? what do you think
I don’t know anything about condition grading, but there’s money there. There’s a growing market for vintage cassettes too.
@@WBKnoblock appreciate it thanks for the post

Do you have a machine that tests to see if they play without using a console?
@@WBKnoblock never knew there was a thing? I actually test them with a console.

Thank you for sharing. Will give it a try.
library might take them.
No shipping and saves me a trip to Goodwill. Lot of effort.
Blake, a typo in the title? I'm disappointed in you son 😂
Oh I'm less disappointed... more impressed that you acknowledged my comment, and fixed it quickly on an older video. Kind of a machine
I read *every* comment
What is a person's time worth? TBH, for a $17 payout for all that effort, I'd probably just throw them in the garbage and move on.
It comes down to what your time's worth.
That’s true for everything
Donate the extras to local charities maybe or kids plzces/senior homes especially on the low profit ones
I don’t think they’ll accept ones that are scratched and won’t play.
I'd put them in beer flat box lots and send them to a local auction. They go for $5-10 (canadian) a flat at mine.
Fascinating. Very informative. Thanks for sharing. Much Blessings to you. 🙏 Lord-Jesus-Christ ✝c✝o✝m
Thank you for making this video. I still have my cd's from the 2000's that I need to get rid of.
*W@$$UP!!* Garage sale time 4-5 for a Dollar CD's
Truth
have a dump store like people do for coins when they search banks for coins
Last time I did declutter most of the DVDs they didn't want 😂
Same

Lol
Yiiiiiikes, people are getter desperate
Yard sell dollar a piece bro
Or leave them by a random dumpster. I know that there's lot of people that are dumpster divers.
Beer money, very cheap beer money.
Half priced books all the way

You dont need im sale them your shelf
Decluttr is a waste of time. Some retirement communities will take donations of DVDs and CDs. Family movies can be donated to shelters.
They’ll take scratched DVDs that don’t play?
@@WBKnoblock If the don't play they should be in the trash. Yeah, throw em out.
Interesting
It's not worth it. They don't take half of the DVDs or blue rays. Then they low ball like crazy

Curb alert. Put that they're good for craft or repurpose. You'd be surprised at the stuff people will make out of old CDs.
I watched a video about people making them into mosaic tiles, it was pretty cool
