MotoeXotica Classic Cars is ecstatic to present yet another absolutely exquisite Cadillac! In our showroom, we have a stately, highly optioned 1985 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. This particular Eldorado has been with the same family in Nevada since purchased new in 1985! As the story has been told to us, the original family owned a Cadillac dealership out West and this was the patriarch's personal vehicle. From new, the Eldorado was always serviced at the Cadillac dealership. Shortly after retirement, he passed away and the car sat. His wife then decided to take it to be serviced at the Cadillac dealership and sold it -- which is how we got a hold of it! It is very obviously it was well maintained, garaged and loved its entire life! We even still have all of the original paperwork on the car, including the original window sticker, still intact within its leather-bound Cadillac binder. It has been loaded with over $5,800 worth of options, as seen on the window sticker!
The paint on this car is very good and we have been hard pressed to find imperfections! All the chrome on the car is in excellent condition and shines brilliantly! The hardtop has stainless steel towards the front of the car and black vinyl in the back of the top. This was a unique option only found on the Biarritz. This iconic Eldorado even has curb feelers!
When you get into the car, you will notice that the interior is impeccable! The beautiful black leather interior shows very well, shows no sign of major imperfection and still retains its healthy original color and texture as it has not faded. The wood trim on the door panels and dashboard is also in beautiful condition, showing no cracking, peeling, or fading. The carpet on the interior of the car is still in wonderful condition, it does not have any staining or tears that we have found. The car does retain its original gauges and radio in the dashboard. Power options include the driver's seat, windows, locks, mirrors and cruise control.
Under the hood, the powerful V8 runs smoothly. Mated to the engine is a 4-speed automatic transmission. The ride in this Cadillac is a smooth and luxurious one! It is factory equipped with power steering, air conditioning and 4-wheel disc power brakes. The Eldorado sits upon a set of 15" chrome "100 Spoke" Cadillac wheels wrapped in newer P215/70R15 white wall tires with a gold stripe. This is a seriously handsome and stately Cadillac!
This gorgeous Cadillac would fit in any enthusiast's collection or as a fantastic driver! Included are all of the original manuals and books, as well as a clean CarFax report! My second favorite design for Eldorado's. First being the 1967-70 models, then 1979-85. The mid 90s were ok, but my third best choice from the early 50s to the last year made.
Awesome CADILLAC. I remember when brand new, you could hardly tell the difference of pulling away from a stop, or FLOORED. All that's missing on this 1 is the ASTROROOF. ALL ELSE IS ART. This car here can / will pass for BRAND NEW.

awesome example. but, as for power, you needed a calendar to time it's speed, from standstill. True SPOKES & VOGUE TYRES. ALL my luxury cars wore them & the ASTROROOF. worth $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Always liked those... But it's too bad that GM couldn't spend the extra $30 or so, and put real wood veneer on the dash and door panels.
Did I miss something or did the iconic bell striker not chime when the ignition was keyed at start up?

There should be a data tag on the inside of the drivers door, if not, check inside the engine compartment on the firewall. Hope that helps!

Nice car but the worst engine that Cadillac made at that time and the only reason why they didn’t recall iz because they told me it would have bankrupt them .
It's a beautiful car, but that engine is a piece shit...to much car for that small engine.
Glenn Jalivay you'd be surprised how quick that 252 cu. In. picks this car up and goes, it's digitally fuel injected, no missed firing, and climbs a hill with no difficulty what so ever. No, Cadillac did their homework on this particular era of eldorados..you got to drive one to appreciate it..
I own a 1981 Eldorado Biarritz with a 6.0 368 engine in it...39,000 original miles on it and EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! I've never heard nothin but horror stories about that 4.0. 'I've owned a 1985 Seville and a 1995 Eldorado...both beautiful cars, but performance wise, they dont stack up to this 1981. I told my wife when i pass for them to dig a hole big enough so that i may take it with me,,,haha.
