In the comics Spiderman starts on Team Iron man and actually reveals his identity on live TV. But he then sees how currupt Tony and the goverment are so he switches to Team Cap later on.
Except in this universe he probably won't reveal his identity partly due to it having no weight

Brilliant reaction, especially when Spiderman appeared. Ignore these comicbook nitpickers like Rohit Narendiran who are kicking off over you not properly knowing the civil war comicbook story that this is based on. you were pretty much spot on with Spiderman, he was on one team then switched to another (started on team iron man, then changed to team captain). You did make it clear you had not read all the civil war comic books and asked people to not yell at you (I.e not kick off) for this.

In the "Civil War" story arc, Deadpool has been given the job of hunting down super-powered individuals who have not signed the Superhuman Registration Act. There is a confrontation between Cable and Deadpool in which Cable reveals that he will be fostering superheroes in Providence. When Cable meets Captain America to extend this offer, Cap refuses. Cable tries to convince him by revealing what he knows about the Secret Avengers' secret identities. This gesture does not go unnoticed by Deadpool, who is watching them from a nearby rooftop and notes Daredevil's new identity. He attacks Daredevil in a warehouse, and is himself attacked by members of the Secret Avengers and the Young Avengers. Cable attempts to intervene and convince Deadpool to join their cause by offering him a bigger paycheck (and when Deadpool refuses, a bigger badge). This fails when Deadpool tries to shoot Cable with tranquilizer darts, which Cable deflects into Wade's face. Wade wakes up bound and gagged (with a full body covering of duct tape, after Cable suggested an entire roll for his mouth alone) in the warehouse before Cable reappears, setting him free and taking him along to the White House to meet with the American President about the possible repercussions of the superhero registration act. When the President orders hostilities on Cable (Deadpool had briefly left to go to the bathroom), he and Deadpool shift out before anyone can get harmed. They arrive in the countryside, where Deadpool attacks (following the President's orders) Cable. After a brief fight, Cable reveals the fight to have been staged and televised in order to lose Deadpool his job as a government agent. The arc ends with a very uneasy truce between the two men.
FYI, Deadpool was pro-registration during Civil War. He saw it as an opportunity for everyone to see him as a "legit" superhero rather than a lunatic mercenary.

The movie isn't going to be about secret identities (almost no one has one in the movies), it's going to be about the government having control over super powered people and regulating them using powers. So yeah, different from the comic Civil War.

Brianna is really, really, really pleased that her favorite hero Spiderman made the cut in Captain America: Civil War. Nicky is not pleased by the apparent fall of War Machine but we learn she is a "woman of Vision" with regard to green skin hunks. Go figure.

in the comics spiderman sided with ironman 1st then ironman madr him a iron spider suit, then after their battle, capt saw spiderman badly injured, thats why they help spiderman.

if u watch the trailer closely and it gets up to the part were Tony hits cap and u pause it the cubicle behind cap u could see quicksilver ya so my theory is that when cap goes there he turns around and See's Pietro sitting in the cubicle he than takes Wanda there afterwards they rescue him

In the comics the US goverment together with the US congress passed a bill comanding all super heroes to register & reveal their secret identities. Cap america refuses to comply stating that such action could endanger superheroes and their families. Iron man decided to comply and with the help of the US military they went after each superheroe that was against the registration act.
That is how civil war started,spider man was with tony stark at the begining,but after revealing his ID he was attacked by people and treaten to be killed he switch the team cap.
In the MCU the issue is accountability,this movie is about the avengers being overseen by a UN agency leaded by thunderbolt ross. who anacted the sokovia accords in which all and each enhanced individual must act under direct compliance of the UN.
At an UN convention in wakanda the building is blow up dying the king of wakanda,t'chala's father. The blame is put on the shoulders of the winter soldier who was held prisioned by crossbones,cap america & the falcon rescue him with the help of ant man infiltrate the hydra's facility.
Tony stark is notified that cap america has the winter soldier hiding in germany and asked to intervine,thunderbolt ross instructed the german police to capture dead or alive bucky barnes. steve rogers help him escape but he is hunted down by t'chala in the action scene on the motocycle.
Cap america and bucky barnes surrenders to the german police when war machine arrives & tells cap that tony is in town and wants them to speaks about the wakanda bomb and the winter soldier's allegded implication.
