Thanks for sharing! That first part is intense!
As always, great footage and editing. Fun day.
So much fun, great job guiding the group!
is it just me, hoping to spot the Morrvair and Rudicon from Matts Offroad Recovery? Or Fabrats Yota or Hollys Mischiefmaker?
I am sure they are around, fortunately we didn’t need them😎
I follow their channels all the time. Still find crawling on red paved roads boring.
Sounds reasonable, it isn’t really about getting to the end of the drive, it’s about the people, scenery and working together through the trail. I can understand how it would become boring to some, just head over to Pritchett or Cliffhanger, if you are bored driving those….
That s the reason I'm watching
@@rightwingmanscott Seems like an odd video to click on, knowing the content will bore you.
That blue jeep at 5.30 is beautiful.
😎
We were in that group too. Nice seeing different perspectives.
Glad you found this, it was a fun day
Right on! Right On! RIGHT ON!. Good vid🤙🤘
Thanks, great group of people
Looks like fun, great spotting make novis look like a pro👍🇺🇸
Great knowledgeable spotters, couldn’t agree more, make the novice look like a pro and gives them the courage to try it and learn
Everyone always makes sure their rigs are good enough for Moab, but there’s definitely a few that need to make sure their driving skills are ready for Moab.
Seat time is the most important upgrade
lol u got that right!
It is on my list for our next trip to Moab.
Classic trail in Moab
BART is the MAN!!
We missed you out there! My son said he saw you driving in Highland
Morals of the story:
Get a 2 door!
Listen to the spotter!
Slow and steady!!
Looks like a great time. We don’t have anything close to this much fun where I live, we have some truly terrifying cliff faces in certain area both public and private, nothing with a stone like this though. It offers a ton of traction in these conditions. We have polished limestone and even granite!! I have access to a siping machine and regardless of brand, when I go on that slick sh*t I pick every stone out of my tires and wipe them. Every little bit counts!! Lots of tiny biting edges. I doubt it would do a thing in these conditions. I have to make it to Moab sometime. Sold my 21 Bronco 4 door badlands 2.7, now have a 22 F150 Tremor. I think even with some significant suspension modifications, the F150 will have to leave the dragon alone!! Haha. There’s tons of great stuff there regardless!! So I’ve been told!
A badlands and tremor both sound great, I imagine you probably sold the badlands for a profit with the crazy prices. The two doors definitely had a lot easier time, the four doors are so long it wants to through them into the wall.
Moral is this is boring.
I was in your group on Saturday. Nice wheeling with you.
Awesome, great wheeling with you as well!
Cool video, I'm going to be there next weekend. I just don't have the will to put an automatic in my Yota... maybe a dual t-case in the future. For now I have to forgo some of the really tough lines.
Takes a lot of skill with a manual, but a lot of people do it just fine. The Toyotas do great.
Crazy but we do this in canyons all the time. Love going to the mountains in Colorado. Red paved roads is not my thing.
That is reasonable, just depends on what you are looking for
Matt isn't here as this looks 😳 like the Jeep safari most likely...
Sweet. How was that new Staircase exit? It looks cool
It is so much better than the long rocky exit. The staircase has a couple spots where you have to be careful, it definitely adds to the trail and is well labeled.
@@crawlerutah sweet. Last couple of times we exited out the entrance after running Escalator and it made for a quick trip to town for beers. I’m excited to run the Staircase!
I'm currently in Moab now, vacation. Didn't realize it was an Easter jeep Safari, this is soooo impressive. Thanks for posting this.
There are always a lot of Jeeps there, but you are probably seeing way more than normal😎
There’s always one who won’t listen to the spotter!
Sometimes people are arrogant, sometimes they are overloaded and terrified
I gotsta know, how did the old jeeps do on this trail compared to the new ones?
As well on this trail if not better, the old Jeeps have a low center of gravity and are narrow, light weight. They do well on this trail, tall ledges they struggle with and this trail doesn’t really have any
The funny thing is I’m in Moab right now and we did this trail last night 😂
That’s awesome, such a classic, fun trail!
The best time to run this trail is at night when you can’t see anything except what’s in front of you
Takes a lot of experience to run this at night
