  • There is a connection between your emotional health and your body. Just think about what you feel physically when you experience different emotions:
When you feel joy, where in your body do you feel it?
When you feel sadness, how do you express it physically?
When you feel fear or worry, how does your body respond?
Our bodies feel our emotions, they are connected. And often the feelings we are struggling with are exacerbated by how we are treating (or mistreating) our bodies.
In this episode, Candace and Jennie are talking about emotions + our body. They discuss how they have seen their physical health positivity impact their emotional health, and vice versa. They also share healthy physical habits that have helped them when they are feeling certain emotions (like sad or stressed).
What are ways you keep your body healthy so that it can support your emotional health well? Head over to Instagram to tell us! @candacecameronburepodcast

I watched a short from a preacher who used WIN as an acronym (What’s Important Now) because if we focus and do what’s important now then even if we don’t get everything done in the day, it’s still a WIN!!

I have so enjoyed listening to your podcast. Everything you are feeling and talking about I have also felt. I am also a follower of the Lord and have raised three amazing children and have been married 32 years. To hear the both of you talk about your struggles brings comfort to your listeners. Candace I especially love how vulnerable you have become as I know how difficult that is to do. But because of this you have truly connected to those who follow you. Blessings to you both as you open yourselves up to help others and continued success with your podcast Candace. Always looking forward to the next discussion! God Bless.

This was so good. It reminded me of what Dr. Anita says about paying attention to our bodies.

Thank you this is what I needed. God bless you both. 😊❤👍I always need that deep breath and rest and confident attitude that I can have better self control over things. Be humble and show others that they can do self control. Also to love and have confidence in themselves.
