Migrate Logic App Connections to DevOps

If I have a Logic App environment with lots of logic apps and connections build via the Azure Portal what approaches can I take to migrate them to an infrastructure as code solution using terraform to centrally manage connectors. This was a question raised by one of our subscribers and is a followup to this video which discussed an approach using Terraform for Logic App Consumption development:
