How to Animate Car Wipers in Blender | Assetto Corsa Modding Tutorial

Hope this video helps get more mods for assetto corsa with working wipers! I used Blender 2.92 in the video, though it should apply to any blender version.

Its really not that bad! Once youve done it a couple times, it wont take much more than 10-20 min to do.

Good Tutorial! i learned how to Animate the Wipers for any mod because there are Evo mods i really want but they didnt have any Animated Wipers for the rain, i really wanted to drive it in the rain and i finally can because i didn't want to buy 3dsmax and thats kinda the only way to get it now.

I've been following this tutorial for the past day and finally managed to copy everything you did properly. However when I move the files to KS editor my wiper animation different from blender. The wipers don't even go halfway up the windshield. Any idea what causes this and how to fix it?
edit - Okay so I figured out the problem. I was making back ups of my progress and they were being saved at 0.01 scale so everytime I loaded a backup and saved again I was just shrinking the model. Eventually it was the size of a toy car when I started the animation process which messed it all up. Now I have working wipers thank you for the video :).

Thanks heaps for this tutorial! Super easy to follow and great to use, got it working first try! Just wondering how do i get droplets to form on the windscreen? I guess the original mod didn't intend for wipers so nothing falls on the windscreen. Any idea how to fix? Thanks!

I want to ask one thing that how to make material for transparent glass so that you export as fbx. And glass material is in the fbx. Can we bake the glass material like which you have used in car window glass how did you export that in to fbx.
