    Hi, my 8.5 years old son is learning mallakhamb but hes getting tough time doing dasrang. I suppose he needs to work on his hand muscles. Is there any way to strengthen his arm muscles? Thanks!

      Yes climbing on pole malkakhamb continuesly and doing exercise which develop core muscles would help for sure

      Doing pull up would surely help but climbing is best and easiest way
