Hello, sir. I was one of your patients when you were at EMC Hospital. I came to you in a critical condition due to jaundice, and the chances of my recovery at the place I visited earlier were only 10%. However, I was saved after coming to you and following your treatment. Thank you, sir❤❤❤
Your case studies on twitter were thoroughly captivating and your style of writing was awesome. These video case studies are even better. Although, I have nothing to do with hepatology but I love to hear you narrate these cases. The clinical reasoning behind every action you take is what keeps me longing for more. Thank you for sharing your experiences and expertise.
your videos seem to have a slight focus issue, with the camera focusing more on the mic rather than your face. hope you correct this in future recordings. regardless, thank you for dedicating your time to educating the public on such important health-related topics.
A group of videos, all shot during the same weeks has this issue. This will be corrected in upcoming shoots. I shoot alone at my home studio and is an amateur for now :)
Sir your way of presentation and narration is really amazing and the clarification of minute things helps to understand and clear the doubts at that point itself.Thank you so much for such a knowledgeable and detailed case presentation.
Dear Doc, Thank you for creating this insightful content. I wouldn't compare your work to Dr. House-while their storytelling was amazing, your case studies are pure clinical excellence, and that's what makes them truly valuable
When you mentioned asterixis, I was reminded of the wings on Asterix's hat that keeps flapping. Had to check if Asterix was named after the condition, but looks like he was named after the * after all... Your case studies are like a Sherlock Holmesian story, getting to the the solution via many red herrings and detours. Very interesting..
Nice case study. Please do an appropriately long video on various diets and fasting on liver health - keto diet, time and calorie restricted fasting, intermittant fasting, OMAD, water only fasting for 1 to 40 days
What an educating case. @Dr. LiverDoc, I know you already are into research and publishing as well and especially your contribution to humankind by AYUSH induced liver diseases topic. But I also request you to add such cases also to literature somehow to make more impact to the humankind with your wisdom and experience. Hats off to your patience and research. Go ahead even more and thanks for starting videos and exlplaining layman about liver and general health. 🎉❤ Best wishes to you and team to save a million more. Regards & love.
How else would one figure out what went wrong with an otherwise completely perfect 50 year old person? The complexity involved in this case and figuring out the culprit is something akin to a detective investigation. The wonder that is modern medicine! You guys take the torch of knowledge into the future saving lives along the way. Fantastic! Keep sharing sir! 🙏
Tks doc once Again for Reminding the basics and better general info on LFT and other Functional Aspects.Hope you continue. All the best .I am your First well wisher on Both YT &X .. Remember the name Tks💐👍🏆🥇😊💡✅✅
I am a huge fan of House tv series because of the medical dilemmas presented. This reminds me so much of that and the good part is the inherent way of critical thinking imparted through this. I follow your work everywhere and thanks for doing this. In the times when internet is filled with bogus, irrartional and stupid remedies, things like these reminds you to still stick on to critical thinking.
Great advice Dr. Truly value your feedback. I am a liver cirrosis patient. Would like your advice on what dietary habits ( and recommend medicines) one need to adopt to ensure that further liver damage is contained. Regards,
Thank you so much for making these type of contents doc Hope you address people treating some foods as hot foods and cold foods. Chicken - hot and Curd - cold.
Your experience sharing is highly appreciated. I have a doubt. I saw some people add grampoo in drinking water and claim that it will hep them in fattyliver. Is it good to take water in this way?
Doc a snall suggestion.. Try a shure ot Rode Podcast Mic..Trust me, Thats gonna be a VFM addition to your Videos.. Adding a bit of reverb wud do wonders.. Anyways Case studies are top notch. More power to you🤘🤘
There are specific chemicals or plant components that mimic organ specific proteins or trigger antibody formation against organ specific proteins. This leads to an autoimmune attack.
having auto immune Cyrosess, dr adviced to take symvofix 10 mg one at night and Still continuing, now also given cardivas 3.125 (platlet only 65000 )-pl advice
My doctor prescribed Bilypsa 4mg for my grade 2 fatty liver. A month ago, he had me on Udiliv 300 and a vitamin E pill. Now, my SGPT, SGOT, and uric acid levels are normal. Despite this, he wants me to start Bilypsa. The thing is, I’ve been working out for the past four months-I’ve gone from 87kg to 82kg. My blood pressure and everything else are stabilizing too. Should I still take Bilypsa? PS: I am 29 years old
Follow what your doctor says not some internet guy.. He didn't checked you "in person".. Most advises on internet will be without any solid protocol and without looking at yoru condition and tests.. Consult another doctor in your city if you aren't satisfied.. But it's a growing trend the more you get into medicine without studying like docs the more you will suspect the treatment and the more you will be restless.. At primary level this might seem rational but it's just over thinking with lack of expertise.. But since you are down the rabit hole.. You shoudl consult atleast 4 SS docs in yoru city.. This can give you what most docs think.. But remeber 10 different docs.. 10 different opinions..
Feedback on Video Quality: There is a focus issue with the video camera. The "microphone" seems sharply focused, but Dr's face is slightly out of focus. (i am viewing at 1080p Premium bit rate.)
May she rest in peace. I don't want this to be a gossip channel. The content I'm trying to create must be useful to lay persons. That's why this channel will only feature educational content and not subjective content.
I was suffered almost same kind of scenario & my bilirubin level was above 40. Exact cause not found but after taper steroid intake it comes down to Less than 1 with in 6 month.

It does not benefit.

Hi Sir, does alcoholic corrosis be cured ???
Should I stop adding turmeric to curries!!??? Thanks for the awareness doc.
No turmeric in curries is perfectly ok.

Crohns disease is seen by Gastroenterologists,. I have no expertise in treating this condition.
Today, saw a news on father and son died as a result of liver donation. Can u pls explain any that?
The news was poorly written as is expected of idiotic Indian media.

It's a benign disease requiring no treatment. Nothing much to talk about.

Physicians are usually prescribing Ursodeoxycholic Acid in hepatitis and even in fatty liver disease, does it really helps sir?
In cholestatic liver disease it does help reduce symptoms. But not part of recommendation. Blanket use in liver disease should is not prudent.
