    I USED to do this on a regular daily basis. Got sidetracked and fell off the bandwagon. But my health has just gone south and I purchased celery to get started tomorrow morning and then I see your video. So just confirmation from the Lord that I am on the right track. Can’t wait for tomorrow morning. I love celery juice.

    Annette, I took your challenge to get off of sugar for 20 days last year. The first few days were hard, but I have never gone back to using granulated sugar again. Drinking celery juice helped me begin eating healthier and jump start lowing my cholesterol a few years ago. I have kept my cholesterol down for 3 years, so NO MEDICINE needed!!! I need to get back on track with the celery at least once or twice a week. Thank you for the challenge. P.S. My weight has come down and stayed down along with my cholesterol even though I wasn’t focused on losing weight. Thank you for all you do for us. God bless you.

    I have breast cancer and it was suggested by a DOCTOR who uses mother nature as medicine, for me to drink the juices of celery, kale, parsley, cucumbers, and spinach.
    Been doing this for about a month or so after my tumor had shown growth. So we'll see how it goes in 5 months on my next ultrasound.
    But truthfully I feel great 👍 ❤

      @@donnaviner3598 shown slight growth a month ago, and I believe it was because I wasn't eating the correct way. Too busy gaining back weight and omitting my greens and green juices.
      Hate to admit this but was cheating by eating sugary things from time to time smh

      @@cbarnette56 glad your back on track. I do have some foods with like 1 gram of sugar and I eat fruit too. Mostly no added sugars. I haven't had any soda for over a year. I had a dessert Ike 6 months ago. Buy nothing since. I felt so guilty.

    I drank 16 oz of organic celery juice for my Uti. You drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and don't eat for an hour. Do not add anything to the celery juice There is a salt in celery that kills the bacteria on contact its amazing I was feeling better by the evening. I did this for 3 days to make sure it was gone. But unfortunately I am not able to drink it every day because I have Interstitial cystitis and that same salt in the celery causes a bladder flare for me. If I was able to drink it every day I would.

    I like the celery juice in my cold press juicer MUCH better than blending. I understand that it loses some fiber, but with a little added ginger And green apple and a few cubes of pineapple, I can steal the difference in my muscles, sleep quality, and well-being. additionally, some people who have G.I. issues cannot tolerate that much fiber. Thank you for the tips as they are much appreciated😊

      With the measurements given, mine was too thick to drink, even with an added cup of water.
      I have been juicing with celery, cucumber, kale and spinach (kale and spinach are hard to derive juices from) and is easier to drink.

    Third day of blending celery first thing in the morning. I missed having coffee the first day but after that all was good. I seem to have more energy and haven't noticed any leg cramps so far.

    I drank 16 oz of organic celery juice for 8 days every morning on empty stomach. By day 7, I was on the toilet with diarrhea…cleaned me out.I experienced weakness on day 8 but drank some organic coconut water and felt so much better. I had a lot of toxins and heavy metals. I noticed increased energy, less bloating, better sleep and vivid dreams. I will continue to eat and drink celery juice regularly. I actually like the taste of it.

    Each person can figure how celery juice is best fitted into their day. BUT please do drink a glass every day. I started this 6 years ago and the benefits are amazing. You'll get used to the taste and you'll then love it. I can not drink this on an empty stomach early morning but I can drink it before 11am Find out what's best for your body

      yeah, i did too an didn't enjoy it at all. I think I'll continue juicing it and I'll get more of my fiber from other foods.

    My husband just got through COVID19 and is struggling with ebergy and stamina, which is not abnormal after having COVID19.       It won’t have the same benefits. Think shelf life. The longer it sits, the more nutritional value is depleted

    If celery has "fiber", then isn't it better to eat the celery than to juice the celery? Juicing takes away the "fiber". I'm confused on eating versus juicing and the benefit you're saying of the juicing after exaggeratingly saying that the benefit of celery is FIBER?

      @@AlyssaF-o6yI'm not quite understanding how a juice, which is a liquid, can be fibrous. Fiber comes from the actual food texture and content and chewing it. At least that makes sense to me LOL

    I have to wholeheartedly disagree with you. Celery is a food very high in oxalates, which hurt the body and are responsible for kidney stones. When I have tried this challenge in the past, I have felt absolutely horrible. Only recently did I learn it was because of oxalate poisoning. The Bible talks about eating meat, milk (raw), honey, eggs, fish, and cheese. Yes, there was the "Daniel Fast" that people of recent LOVE to cite as good reason to eat only vegetables for 21 days or more, but if you read 1 Timothy 4:1-5, you'll learn what false teachers are happy to teach in these last days regarding food. If you do some research into oxalate poisoning, you'll see just how harmful celery (and other popular juicing juices) are to the body.
