The auto set film guide is a handy tool. That is what the master pressman would have known with his experience. Now you just need a company that believes in keeping good rubber on their machines and giving the time for maintenance.

Exactly, put in 8 sets of westland epmd with loto tec pans 6 months later still running strong with minimal adjustments. The roller assistant is a really good toll in a crunch

I always said.... you're either gonna have scheduled maintenance or unscheduled maintainence. Your call boss

Thank you very much. You are a really back bench student in engineering college. 😁😁Your pronunciation is easy to understand for non English speaking country people.

Helpful. Could you make a video to show the best way to adjust the water unit settings and also if possible step by step on the ink rollers. XL 105 if possible. You don't do it every day and the video is helpful when it's time to do it

The skew setting on the dampeners is a bitch but it works well when you understand it.

The diagram and literature that Heidleberg provides on rollers setting is easy to use , yes it's nice to have a video but it does work, if your company can afford it a demonstrator can come in to show you, also Peter any openings in Kennesaw lol

So is it a waterline? I print folding cartons and I know on dark inks like frosted flakes for example I would get the image of a line across the box.
