Just to the survey part, in WI the DNR will send an email with a survey link which will have questions some multiple choice but most short answer. They have been awesome in recent years applying the changes the hunters want based off the survey. Within the rules of whatever they are allowed to change of course.
I have 3 different goose calls cuz I found out that one call might not be what they like. Same with duck calls I have 3 of them too.
It’s not the call that they don’t like, it’s the calling that you’re doing within the call, high pitched calls are for migratory hunting🤷🏻♂️ deep call are for your locals. Different pitched call are for volume and how much you are really ripping in the call. It’s not the call, it’s you. Hope this helps.
