droplet meditation [korg wavestate arpeggiator patch]

For this improvisation, I programmed a patch in the Korg Wavestate which mapped the Vector Envelope to the arpeggiator rate; this, in combination with a snappy amplitude envelope, created a 'droplet' effect that I found aesthetically distinct and pleasing. I am sharing this as to show the spectrum of synthesis possibilities within the Wavestate, and to simply put this minor and humble creation out into the world. Oh, man, I have found wavestate less intuitive than my analog synths, but so full of possibilities. I like that there many ways to use it, too, from simple to very deep. Thank you for sharing!

How are you getting it to ‘hold’? Is it just a really long sequence or is it the latch on the arpp?
