They look fabulous and keep better time than all mechanical watches. +/- 15 seconds a month or .5 seconds per day at their worst. There is a time and place for expensive mechanical watches, but if you are never in that time or place then you can still enjoy very nice watches that get the job done very well at a reasonable cost.
I got the SNE573 a few weeks ago and I am loving it. Great video.
The strange part is that Seiko could have given you a machined clasp and solid end links for just a few $$more and no one would care because the watch would have just that much more appeal with almost nothing to complain about. I just don’t think Seiko realized how attractive these watches would be to the public.
Big deal! Milled clasps are over rated I've never seen a pressed clasp fail plus they tend to be much thinner...
@@NathanChisholm041 well said. And very true. Stamped clasps are just as good, in fact for me, the clasp is not a true selling point.
Very nice watch man i am going to look for one , i love this watch
fantastic looking watch
Nice watch I managed to get an SNE569P1 for £170 in new condition with no box and an SNE585P1 for £215 and am very pleased with both but will be selling the SNE585P1 soon as decided that the SNE569P1 is the better looking of the two. I was after a quartz SKX then stumbled across these.
Congrats on this watch, very beautiful piece, IMO it's not a Submariner homage, but a midsize retro dive watch. Hahaha I'm almost buying one!
How big is you wrist in cm? That size looks really good on you and makes me wanna buy it. I have like 16.5 cm wrist, so pretty small
Check out the SNE587. Black stealth edition.
A la vaina gustavito
I got a rubber strap for mine and it’s sooo much better
Tamanho desse relógio e show 👏
Nice video. I wasn’t a fan of the SNE569 colour way when I first saw it (the blue-gray bezel), but it’s growing on me. Need to see one in person to decide if I like it. $360 US is a good price. It’s disappointing that you get folded end links at this price. The bezel insert looks great and the sapphire crystal is a nice addition. The bracelet links and clasp look the same as the mini turtle, however, the mini turtle gets solid end links on it’s bracelet. One day I will get either the black, blue or green variants. Hopefully Strapcode or someone makes a better aftermarket bracelet down the road. Enjoy your new SNE569.
I’ve been using the watch for the last two weeks, and you wouldn’t even notice that has folded end links. The bracelet it’s ok, and in my opinion match perfectly with the diver Seiko vibe. I think the black it’s gonna be the most versatile. But boy for me this grey bezel is the king. Thank you for your thoughts!
You should consider the SNE587.
You can pick one up for around $280us now!
🌎🎯👍
I would be all over this if they made it in automatic 😍
The crown is unwind :)
My new 600 dollar Seiko king samurai gains 30 seconds per day, 4 minutes a week so every Sunday I have to reset it. For that price quality control is pathetic. Oh, but this is Quartz and solar. I have the Casio Oceanus T200 which is solar and also satellite, perpetual calendar and gorgeous.
Is there a difference between this one and sbdn069?
It’s the same, they used different reference numbers for different markets. Japanese and the rest.
Rocco Siffredi does watch reviews.
😂😂😂
Can't even find one under $400 now :(
Keep looking, try eBay used, I saw a couple in good condition bellow 350
@@gustavocubac ioomobile . Just ordered mine for $360. Brown variant.
@@jamessher6956 That’s an unusual colour, but it looks pretty nice too. I like both of them.
@@orwellknew9112 Dial looks black except in bright light. The Bezel is a beautiful faded color that goes great with any type of strap. I never wear bracelets.
I could give a rats ass if it has solid end links or not. I. Wear my watches,I'm not a collector. I am looking for one and when I get it ,I'm going to size it and wear the crap out of it. I think people get to fought up in the snobbery. If it isn't comfortable or it isn't accurate than you can whine. My watch will have a scratch on it the first day, so I don't worry about polished this or that. I work a tah heuer from 1985 till 1992 doing EMS work and it was fine. Ripped the bezel off and broke the crystal, wore it anyway until lacquer thinner got in it on a side job and killed it. Have a Steinhart 39ovm and it is too thick and gets fought on everything .
wrist size?
6.5 inches
Overrated? Im not sure, but for sure to expensive
No not worth it at all. Expensive cheap watch with cheap solar and batt inside. Almost every Microbrand doing today better watches for 70perc of price.
