@@user-cj6hi2yv3k if you are fired right after returning from medical leave following an on the job injury and workers’ compensation claim, this could be a form of retaliation. You should talk to an employment attorney to find out all of your rights.
@@leedslawfirm ok thanks the way they have been acting seems like they are waiting for me to return to do just that then sent me a text to check my email to let me know with my restrictions they dint have a position for me they have never been that type of company
I tried to get a lawyer no wood take it when I got fired the superintendent told me there's no laws he wouldn't joking no lawyer would take mine I didn't know about the EE OC technology what it is now and find out anything I got hurt on time went back I think it was 3 weeks and I was online duty nothing over 30 lb and he told me I had to break down truck tires or be fired go home or go to work so I went to work my surgery failed big time had to have another one plates and screws horrible I think I got PTSD from it
