Thanks! Getting the most out of everything available to the max: metal, machines, people, and design. That said, the shaper's clapper box is really getting a workout and never seen a welding cable with so many band-aids.
@williampihahuna195 thank you so much for appreciating us im also a machinist in these shops I understand how this is difficult for you to spend some time here thanks a lot for appreciate us❤️👍
I still can't tell. Is it machismo or laziness. Would it kill you to grind the torch cut pieces before the fit up? Those terrible welds would be quite a bit better with only 10 minutes more prep. These guys couldn't weld themselves out of a paper bag. Take some pride in your work man.
Asians are very skilled creative inventions in the steel fabrication industrial field they can replicate anything of enormous scale with relative ease like a precision machine product line in double time there seems to be no quality control whatsoever during each phase of development who am I to judge at their qualifications or capabilities still my view of this video is one of wonder and fascination 😊😊😊
@mimechanics1019 The workers are obviously highly skilled but it's the conditions they work in that would get the factory shut down immediately in this country. Safety being the major issue like handling molten metal with no protective clothing (even bare feet or open sandals!)
Saludos desde México, excelente trabajo pero... Las condiciones de trabajo son muy malas, sin un buen lugar de trabajo, ni las condiciones adecuadas, ni el equipo personal de seguridad. Saludos 🤟🤟
Those bone dry spindles and bearings on that roller bender make me sad. It absolutely amazes me that those people have machines that cost an absolute fortune in their country and treat them that bad.
How their eyes don’t get flash burns from the arc welder is a mystery. I got it once while watching my father weld a broken part. Of course I was told not to watch but of course as ten year old I ignored that. Amazingly my mother new how to fix my pain. She chopped up a raw potato into mush and then had me lay on my back.she put the mush on both of my closed eyes and within 30 minutes the pain was gone. I guess it was some kind of a chemical reaction with the potato juice on the skin of my eye lids and my actual eye balls!
Ooh i agree with you because i am also suffer with this case because i am also a welder or machinist till now its my own channel you are right on this topic why they didn’t have safety equipments as they needed because of ownership they just want more money in few resources and never wanna lose money on these little issues only God can help them thank you so much for sharing your experience and thoughts very we’ll appreciate ❤️ stay tuned please
Estos trabajadores cuanto tiempo alcanzan a vivir. Teniendo ese ambiente insalubre de trabajo y falta de reglas de seguridad y equipos de vestimenta de protección?😮
No health and safety at all no boots no gourds on the machines no welding masks accidents waiting to happen if this was in the uk the company would shut down closed and fined. Omg
I noticed they never steam clean and/or use phosphoric acid on the metal before they prime (when they prime) and paint. I bet this stuff rusts like crazy.
20:00 The gentleman is very skilled. He would be better off working with a quality gauge. In this way, one only worries whether it will work out by the 2-3 hundredths of a mm or not. The Lord really can.
No safety boots or other personal protection equipment; working on machines with no guards to protect against injury; floors dangerously littered and many more safety hazards; risk of severe eye damage or blindness when welding with no eye protection. Whilst I understand the workers' need to support themselves and their families, I cannot countenance their employers' disgusting avarice.
*They know how to build the machine. They shud engage a University engineering student to build a machine that will automate the process. That shud be the next step. Automate every single components.*

They have to work with which facilities they available they are so happy with there work and make there families happy and save because they are addicted to work with these facilities and equipments
Note the jigs and clamps used? None. Perhaps what you thought were welds were tacks. The process they use is: Build a template. Tack to the template. Align and tack with fixtures. Weld up parts. Remove fixtures and grind down tack welds. Only saw the weld up of one or two sides. Only one clamp that I saw and it was tacked on. Are you sure you saw any through welding or final welds? I thought the methodology was ingenious and efficient. May try it myself.

Beautiful welding in an unfavorable and dangerous environment
Thanks for watching
They weld far better than I can, with all the "Western Goodies". Mind you, I'm not a Welder by trade (by any means), nevertheless . . . . .
Rust prevention and lick of paint on machinery would make things better including oil or grease

Yeah you're right but willing to pay a bit more for those items, is another question.

J’ai jamais compris pourquoi vous travailler toujours par terre et pas sur un marbre qui serait plus confortable
Because they use sledgehammers that’s why if they use on marble than you better know what happens ❤️👍
Why they did not use casting then machining instaed of welding all these parts together
Because in this machine after long time use they could be open and repair again and again thats why thy using welding and folding system ❤️👍
