The girl singing is Jaklin Baghdasaryan. Jako (the name of the aong) stands short for Jaklin. The group is quite famous in Armenia, it is a French-Armenian musical group and their songs are very popular in the country.

Yes, whatever is shown in the video represents the culture of Armenia and it's how the country is lol (cuz some were asking if it is staged for the music video).
