I’ve stenciled a large border before and I feel your pain. The only thing I would suggest is, I bought two stencils and soaked one after each use, making clean up slightly easier. But boy the end results are incredible. Could the room be more beautiful, I doubt it. You will love this forever and every time someone comes to your house and comments on the walls, you’ll feel that pride all over again. ❤❤❤🎉

The room turned out lovely Elizabeth! I felt your pain with cleaning the stencil. I stenciled our front porch but my stencil wasn't as detailed as yours. Also, I did it in the summer and I used a plastic kiddy pool to clean it after about 3-4 times of stenciling. It was a pain! But I liked the results. Your space is just gorgeous and I give you a lot of credit for pressing on! Jone 15:13 is a beautiful verse! Thanks for sharing!

You've inspired me to try this in one of my bathrooms. But I think it would be worth the work to have more impact with color. That blue/green of your pillow but even more pale. Good alternative for a bathroom with moisture.

I applaud your hard work…turned out lovely…I cant believe my hang up was the white candles, if I may recommend use real candles for decor (and a creamy color instead of stark white), even if you don’t light them…they will show much better…not a criticism, just thought you could try it. You waited too long to clean your and second you should have started the corner to your left and then to your right then you could have avoided the predicament you got into would have been easier to cut your stencils print and half at the doorway then to try and box it at the corner stencils are easy once you get the hang of it I've been doing it for about 40 years you did a good job
I cleaned it after every 5 uses or so… seemed very often lol but thank you!
